Cute expensive clothing.
Unfriendly and unblessed staff. The irony.

We came in and bought some shirts for our son, unfortunately it was the wrong size and as soon as we figured out that it didn’t fit with in hours we went back to try and get the right size, but yes this girl just kept insisting on the policy!! So much for being BLESSED! So we spent over $100 and can’t even use the cloths !! They should really change there name! We are done with this company! All we wanted was to exchange size and we have receipts and tags on. Thanks but never again we spend money here!

"A shirt is just a shirt, until someone great steps into it...make a statement" - The Blessed Life This is a quote that they have and I've seen it at their shop and on their Instagram @blessedinhi and who hasn't at some point make a comment of your attire, it is all a statement and is absolutely a great quote. That's exactly how I do feel with The Blessed Life as they have great choices of shirts for everyone including accessories, totes and jewelry as well. As I was browsing today I noticed in the window a shirt to represent the love a support for the devastation Maui is still currently going through a beautiful pink shirt with a quote on the back as well though I haven't seen it in the store I'm assuming they are sold out of it, no sign for preorder or the story/representation of it and how much of the profit is going to Maui. No one greeted me whatsoever though I was fine just browsing around but was really interested in some of the jewelry they had in the display case though not having anyone ask if I wanted to see them eventually came to the conclusion that I really didn't need it. Shirts are simple which I do love but nothing really capture my attention today but always love their creativity and designs...love to support local. Thank you!

I really like this store. The staff is usually nice and will greet you when you walk in. They are not pushy and are pleasant and helpful if you have a question. The reason for three stars is I disagree with their return policy. I think the return period should be at least 30 days because not everyone is available during THEIR business hours. Honestly, because the return period is so short i will not purchase gifts... so essentially you are losing sales because of it.

Their exchange policy is ridiculous! We purchased kid's tank tops on 11/23/21 as Christmas gifts and tried exchanging it for larger sizes, but was denied because it was past their 10 day policy. We were told that if we had purchased it on 11/25/21 or after then we could have exchanged it with no issue. Seriously, just 2 days makes a difference? We have the receipt, we paid regular price so why not allow us to exchange it for a different size? Especially during the holiday season. Now I know where not to go to buy a gift!

As with other comments -- BEWARE of their ridiculous return / exchange policy. I tried to exchange something 17 days after purchasing and was denied -- even if they had a rack full of the item still in store. I just needed one size bigger. Go spend your money somewhere else. To the owner who has responded to all the other negative reviews -- Please don't come at me me with "we hope you can bless the item forward". I hope you can bless us forward by letting us exchange items! You are not losing any money. Many of us would have gladly spent more. I will throw it in the trash before I let someone else wear such a money hungry brand. Don't blame it on a POS System and being a Small Business -- this all comes down to ethics, doing what is right and making customers happy. Try doing hang tags like Manuhealii and Cinnamon Girl. The date of purchase and return policy is ON THE TAG!! They are both successful and long standing small businesses. And please also do not say anything about appreciating our grace in this situation and hoping to see us again in the future -- ummm no. You extend grace first and tell us why you deserve our business back. I understand that you are a "business" -- however -- whether faith based on not-- successful businesses put their customers first -- plain and simple. Thank you :)

Our family loves the clothing from all of the different lines. The only issue is that they make it so hard to exchange items. If you buy at one store, you have to return or exchange at that store. Since you can try on the clothes, if you buy a size and it's too big or small, you can't go to a different store to exchange. Great place with wonderful people. The logistics just aren't great for the customer.

Our son received 2 t-shirts as a Christmas gift but way too short. And because of COVID, it didn’t get to us till after new year. It has its original tag but no receipt. When we went to the store to have it exchange for bigger size, we were told we can’t . Their Christmas exchange policy is only till January 10, we were 2 weeks late. The cashier kept insisting their policy is on the receipt, even after telling him many times that it was a gift and we don’t have a receipt. We only wanted to exchange to a bigger size and not returning the item. You would think they would be gracious since it’s a Christian store.

The Blessed Life has inspired me!!! When I saw this store while walking Pearlridge in 2018, I told myself this looked familiar; as I did own a blessed tank from way back 2003, maybe 2004. Went, in looked around and saw the items BLESSED with crown and scriptures that really caught my eyes 100%. "Without conflict there is no story", "God give his toughest battles to his strongest warriors" to name a few. At that very moment our family was going through somethings. I felt every scripture was a reminder of my faith and was lead to this store for a reason. As I was browsing, The Owner Junior came up to me and asked me if I needed help. We talked for a moment and he asked if this my first time here, I said yes! He shared about his items and meaning of the print and his story. He said it's not a crown, the 3 diamonds represents me, my mom praying over his girlfriend, now wife and the hands praying over. His story had really inspired me deeply. For sure "God gives his toughest battles to his strongest warriors". He inspired me, no matter what we go through and have faith! AMEN! From that experience my family and I LOVE THE BLESSED LIFE! Every chance we make a trip to Oahu, we gotta stop by all stores as theirs different things! Our recent trip we were able to take a picture with Junior at the Pearlridge location. My boys, my sister and family and mom were prayed upon on with one of the workers. Then we had another stop in to get another shirt and exchange size. Then again we were prayed upon this time by Junior for my mom, son and I. Such a great blessing. Then we had our picture taken by Shari at Windward on her phone as me and my boys were blessed out and had said it will be posted on social media. ( I should have asked for a copy). Unfortunate I don't have social media, but that was awesome for her to take a picture of me and the boys. Anyways the employees are awesome. Such great positive place to shop. They deserve 10 star!!! Thank you The Blessed Life! God bless!

Whenever I walk in I am always greeted by a friendly staff member. The staff are also very helpful. However; I had a situation that put a bad taste in my mouth. The number online & on yelp for the Kaneohe store is the same number as the Pearlridge store. After realizing I had gotten the wrong store I apologized & hung up. I called the number again because there was no other number to call. I had asked the clerk if he could contact the Kaneohe store to see if they had a particular shirt. His response was "What??? We are very busy right now can you just call the Kaneohe store?" He then gave me a number to call that didn't work. I work in Customer Service and that was totally UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It's a shame that one bad egg can ruin it all. Also, be aware that gift cards are not redeemable at all locations. Huge downer!
