This is strictly for the sushi/okazuya section only!I rarely go to this Times location but, we needed to kill time while waiting for our food upstairs at Aiea Bowl. We were pleasantly surprised that they expanded and ate more like the Times in Mililani! There's a bakery upon entering which smelled sooo good! I'll have to try that place out next!To the far right once you enter is where the sushi and bentos are located! There were 2 workers making fresh sushi. The one thing that stuck out to us was the "From Japan" stickers! My hubby loved the fresh hamachi sushi! It's 5 pieces for $9.99! Much more reasonable than sushi places. I love Inari sushi and I especially love Tuna Inari sushi! I'm so happy I can now get my fix here! There was a 5 piece set and a 10 piece one! They also had a mixed inari set we tried. The combo of the aburage (tofu skin) adds so much extra flavor! They also had full spicy ahi inari and ahi poke inari if you love the fish & inari combo!I also saw hot entrees which were salmon bento, tonkatsu bento and katsu curry bentos. So there's definitely something for everyone if raw fish isn't your thing!Overall, we have come back 2 Saturdays in a row so we recommend checking it out!

It's been awhile and they updated their seafood section. So many options of roles, nigiri, sashimi, and inari bombs. Their poke section is decent as well. The seafood counter guy was awesome and put aside the last sashimi platter so we could pick it up.Self checkout was super quick too. Great staple for easy meals.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I only like FRESH AHI POKE, as I really can't stand PREVIOUSLY FROZEN POKE!Anyway, called for the Seafood Department, to place an order for some FRESH Ahi Poke, for a company potluck lunch the next day. That went fine, or so I thought. Went to pickup my order, which went fine. The guy behind the counter said "I remember you! What, get party after work?" Told him "Nope, not after work, party starts when I get back to work with this Poke!" Unfortunately, when I got back to work with the Poke, I noticed the price per pound was showing $12.99, which is the price for previously frozen. Immediately I was thinking "Oh crap, please don't tell me they gave me previously frozen! I was hoping it was mislabeled." Nope, not mislabeled. When I opened the 3 different containers.....DAMN IT.....I could easily tell by the looks that it was PREVIOUSLY FROZEN! Ate one piece for confirmation, yup, PREVIOUSLY FROZEN! What was particularly frustrating is that I told the guy I spoke to 3 different times "I want FRESH AHI POKE" & he said "Okay". THANKS FOR SCREWING UP MY ORDER BRAH!Called back to speak to the Seafood Department & got a very nice lady, who apparently was the one that made my order. When I explained to her what I had ordered & that the Poke was supposed to be FRESH AHI POKE, she was very apologetic & said that the order wasn't written as fresh, but she kept saying "I'm so sorry." I told her that she didn't need to apologize, as she was only following the order as it was INCORRECTLY written, so it wasn't her fault. She said the guy that took my order was coming in a little later & that she would let him know about HIS MISTAKE. Everyone at work knows that I always provide the Poke & that I ALWAYS ORDER FRESH AHI POKE, regardless of the price. I told everyone that Times Aiea had screwed up my order & made PREVIOUSLY FROZEN Poke. If I had the time to go back to have them redo my order as FRESH, I would have, but party was starting in 10 minutes, so that wasn't an option. The only reason I gave 1 star was because of the nice lady I spoke to. Otherwise, this would deserve ZERO STARS, which I know can't be done.SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!

Humm, what happened to my previous review? I know I did one after they had finished the renovations to the store.Walking thru the aisle, I noticed that they had a Don Quijote snack section. This is nice because you can pick up some of the snacks sold at Dpn Quijote. The market is well stocked, clean, andService is excellent Enjoy

I have always loved Times Supermarkets' assorted sushi selections. Today I was so excited to see that they have added my favorite "salmon ikura don" because I love salmon and I love ikura. Their poke bowls are also amazing. Aiea Times has a lot of ready to eat dishes. No need to cook when coming home from work, school, game, etc.....

I've been coming to this Time's for a very long time and their recent renovations are impressive! I'm not sure when they added to their store but it's really nice and a great place to buy a quick bite to eat for breakfast or lunch when I'm working in the area. This Time's Supermarket is located in Aiea right off the freeway when you take the cut off into Aiea coming from Honolulu. They're highly visible from the main road and there's plenty of parking. They share parking with other stores and restaurants in the area but I've never had trouble finding a spot. When you initially walk in, you'll have the bakery to your immediate left, cashier and self check out right infront, customer service to immediate right and pharmacy straight ahead toward the back wall behind the alcohol section. More to the right is your fresh veggies/fruits, other shelved groceries lining the rest of the store, frozen foods at the far end right rear side and even a new deli/sushi area on that right front side. The new sushi/deli section is my favorite since they have all the bento, sushi, fresh mochi, hot plate items and drinks in this area. There's a variety of items to choose from and everything I've tried were really tasty so far. This section originally was walled off and hosted the Arm Bar back in the day. Looks like Time's bought it to expand and it's awesome! The store overall has really great organization and cleanliness. The store workers are general nice and welcoming and you can find almost everything you need from a grocery store here. If you're looking for sales items, the advertisement paper is up front by the store entrance.

I was just at this location getting rung up by a cashier who was quite nice and polite. I wasn't sure where to put the basket as I laid out my items because Times has it set up in a different way than other standard grocery stores. The cashier helping me was perfect, she even extended an arm out to grab the basket since I was confused. Her coworker, on the other hand, in the lane behind me (I think lane 2, if I recall correctly), was not perfect. She was barely finished with whoever she had in line and decided to step up to about two inches from my face to point at the portion of the cabinet that the basket will go in while gruffly remarking "so you know next time". This cashier was the only person not masked in this area at this moment, and I'm clearly masked and keeping distance. What disgusting behavior to jump over to an interaction that she wasn't even a part of. My confusion of where to put the basket was maybe a two second interaction with the nice cashier before this disgusting person inserted herself into the situation.Oh, the salmon nigiri also didn't look great.
