Kyle went above and beyond helping us with getting our new home despite the 6 hour time difference between us. He explained things as many times as necessary, was responsive to emails and text messages on weekends as well as business hours. Overall he was just a pleasure to work with and we would do so again with no hesitation on our next home. I highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable, and helpful to our needs. We had a situation with contingency and Kyle was patient with the whole thing and ended up working out better for us. He also helped by giving me pointers to help increase my credit score and eliminate debt which actually worked. Not only do we have a beautiful house in Hawaii but I also have a 800+ credit score thanks to him.
