This was the one place I could always depend on finding a great pair of shoes. I didn't mind driving in from town to get something I really needed. Like many folks, I have island feet which can run big and wide. The last few times I have come to Macy's over the last couple of years, I have been sadly disappointed. They barely have size 10 shoes and even rarer are wide shoes. It's quite disappointing to come to a store where I used to shop for so many things and am now just highly disappointed every time I try to get a pair of shoes. Even the associates seem rushed to get away from customers. I watched them from afar and how fast they duck behind shelving. It's just different from ten years ago. On the upside, it is a pretty clean store and the AC works well which makes it nice to shop. I guess I shall mark Macy's off my list and look for a store which sells a larger variety of shoes.

Love Macys my favorite store. If you like to shop online or in store convenient. Easy returns should you decide to change your mind. Recently discovered my client this was so helpful you can text your person that you choose and they will order if available online. Greatest customer service.

Macys has always been one of my favorite stores to shop. They have the best deals on merchandise and the biggest selections. The store is always clean and the sales people are always considerate whenever I have to deal with them. My favorite store is Pearl Ridge. And their return policies are so easy for anything that I've had to return for any reason.

I would give zero "0" stars but it's not possible. They claim to have free shipping but when you ship to Hawaii they charge you a handling fee. IMO that is NOT free shipping.

This location is a bit dingy and has less selection than Ala Moana... but more than Kapolei. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my experience here simply for the great customer service from Keith. He went out of his way to help me look for my shirt size on the floor and in the back. And he later ordered me a pair of pants to be delivered to my house. He clearly takes pride in his work and providing the best customer service. Wish there were associates like Keith at all of their locations.

Today I went shopping for school clothes for my daughter she just needed some pants we looked around for about 20-30 min until we found a few items for her to try ( no associates in site to ask us if we need help finding anything etc) . My daughter tries them on in the dressing room and I walk to go and find her ( daughters 13) and see if she's doing ok etc if she wanted to try on another size she said no saw a mirror at the end of the hall so adjusted my clothing all of a sudden an associate appears speaking in her radio scans every room in the dressing room mind u there's no one else there then stares me down asks me if I need something not a hello could I help you find anything just do u need something yah my kid in the dressing room !! Then proceeds to walk away we come out of the dressing room to have her follow us everywhere in the store pretending to put nothing back lol stereo typing locals who shop here ok ... I found 3 pants that fit her was going to pay and leave until I noticed the lady following us just made me feel weird so I put it on the rack in front of the register and left shopped at sugar sugar instead clothes were pricier but had way better selection and styles and definitely had customer service unlike macys what a shame won't shop here again rude and typical stereo typing is a no for me

I went here today with my parents and we're a filipino family. And if you didn't see us together or walk in together, you wouldn't know if we were family. So today we were in the bag section because my mom went to pay off her card and she saw a bag she liked and she PAID for her card and the bag and didn't ask for a shopping and was holding the bag with the receipt over it. While they were paying I went off to the makeup section for 5 mins and I saw them walking to the exit and so I start going there too. While I'm walking out, I hear the lady that works at the Micheal kors bag area go up to her other worker and ask if my mom bought the bag mind you she had the recipe over the bag walking out. Hearing this made me feel gross and I wanted to complain but I didn't because my parents don't speak good English cause we're immigrants and they don't understand these things because they are older. Also another thing is there was also another Filipino family there and they were looking at the MK bags and she literally pointed them to the cheapest one like " over in that section is our on sale and cheapest ones" hope this doesn't happen to anyone else

My family and I have been shopping at macys since it took over the liberty house building. This is by far the worst location, I'd rather drive an hour to Ala Moana or 30 to Kapolei before coming here. The staff is awful and so extremely rude. Whenever I want to use star points or a coupon they always make it seem like the hardest thing in the world. I've been told on multiple occasions that I can't use a coupon (that for some reason works at Ala Moana, Windward and Kahala but won't appear for them on the computer), or that it'll only take off a few cents so I shouldn't bother. I've even been told they can't look up if the item is in stock at another location, this is after driving there from Kahala where they had seen the pearl ridge location has multiple of an item I wanted in stock. I avoid coming to this macys unless I have to get a hair cut at their salon.

Lots of workers messing around with clothes rack while there's a super long line of customers at cash register. Just saw one lady change her mind about purchasing from here. Easily loose money.

I was here with an Aunt, and Uncle, and a cousin, looking for clothes to wear to a somber event. A white shirt and black pants was my intended outfit and I found both in a few minutes at the men's section. It was easy to find because the men's section is only about a tenth of the women's...Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! There's a great selection of things you can find here in store. The staff were also ever so helpful! My Uncle needed black shoes and a staff member was there to help him find his size...not to mention, give him a discount on his purchase. The store was clean and organized. You'd normally find discarded items on the floor coming from disrespectful customers, but at the time I was in the store, it was spotless! The prices were very reasonable. Apart from the already discounted price, and a further discount at the counter, what more can a person ask (short of being free! Ha-ha-ha!) Clothing, cosmetics, perfumes, shoes and a whole lot more in store! Try then out!

Imelda in the purse section is wonderful and made out time there enjoyable. I'm so happy that after this COVID people go out of their way with friendliness, heart, and professionalism. God Bless Imelda, we will be back again because of you for years to come. Thank you

Customer BEWARE! The Macys AMERICAN Express is flaky. It will NOT process at different businesses. After six calls and customer service is not able to figure things out and says that the vendor manually declined the card (not true). It is not worth the trouble in any way shape or form or fashion

Located in the Pearlridge Shopping Center, it is not even busy today. The mall overall is pretty empty. There are sales going on today, but nothing that stands out for me. The store layout is similar to the other Macy's stores. Overall it is a nice store to browse, and you may find something that's at a great deal.

Macys pearlridge customer service really is very bad from the start I was grabbing an item and this little filipino cashier lady comes out of no where and grabs it from my hand really offending me and their ast made it known he was following us and my friend I was with actually works at the ala Moana macys they were rude and treated us like we didn't belong why? I dunno maybe because I was wearing sweats! so please people if you have that experience share let people know that's not customer service and they are rude and dont care about people they judge and treat people how they want! I spent 300+ and thats how we get treated it makes me mad just thinking about it!
