Went and threw my whole drink out because I did not like the way it tasted. The gal goes and tells me it's a dollar. Worst service ever do not go here!! Should report they to subway corporations for that.

Came into the Pearl Ridge Mall to grab a quick bite, had Subway coupons so we chose their to eat, line was short which was nice, friendly service, got ready to grab a drink and only 3 items were available which all main items were out, then go to use the coupon which took 50% off a sub if you bought two footlongs and soft drinks... Which they didn't honor. You think of not having ALL options readily available you would accept the coupon. All said and done, food was good, nothing to brag about though.

I wanted to go to Rainbows but my husband wanted Subway so I went to both. We haven't been to Subway since Covid started. Ordered a foot long Oven-Roasted Turkey sub for him. I had them add mayo, mustard, pepper, vinegar and 4 veggies...the usual way he orders his sub. He said it didn't taste the same...dry and hardly any taste so he was disappointed. I tried it and thought so too. When he orders his sub, he doesn't have them toast it but I asked them to do it. Maybe I shouldn't have since I didn't order it with cheese. Guess I'll find out if I order it again and don't have it toasted.Just wanted to mention...at the beginning of my order, I informed the worker that since I only wanted 4 different veggies, if he could add a little more of each but it looked like he didn't put any extra because the sub was skimpy...not worth $11. To take a pic, I had to open it up so you can see the inside. If closed, you could only see a flat sub with some turkey and a little green veggie sticking out. Subway's commercials or pictures in their ads always shows a thick sandwich with the protein and veggies...ours looked nothing like it. Is this considered as false advertisement?As for the service, the people working there was very pleasant and really nice!

First of all there are lovely lovely workers that work here but the owner of this location was rude! Every time my coworker and I go there the ladies always greet us and allow us to custom our sandwiches to our liking. The whole joy of subway is being able to get fresh sandwiches made to your liking and being able to custom it, quick and easy. I usually like to add extra meat of one kind but the owner wouldn’t let me substitute it. I offered to pay extra as well just so there wasn’t any miscommunication but he persisted that they can’t do that. When they said we can charge the extra for the meat I paid and they proceeded to take out the extra meat out of it. Again it’s a bummer that they approached the situation like that. Most times the ladies that work always let us and other guest custom their sandwiches. It’s unfortunate that this happened considering how good the employees are. I understand if you can’t but the way it was approached and presented was just very rude and a little disheartening…

A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I'm going to come more often in the future.Vegetarian options: It's so freshKid-friendliness: Many stores that children will like.It's clean and cool.Children can choose their favorite food.The cookies are so goodParking: The parking lot is spacious.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is good.Dietary restrictions: It's so nice to be able to choose your favorite vegetables or ham.

Disappointing. I wish their subs had some type of taste in them but for the most part they were bland, not really fresh, and their customer service is a bit on the rude side. I stopped by here since everytime I passed by this place I noticed that it was busy during meal hours. If I wanted a bland sub, I would have went to the nearby Safeway and had a better experience.

The staff was very unpersonable. Their body language was that of a person being bothered. We order simple chicken bacon with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and asked for the pickles to be put on the side. Well the lady started putting the pickles on the side of the sandwich instead of a container. I had to asker her twice to stop before the other woman stopped her and put them in a container. It seemed like they did not want to serve us. The worst Subway we have been at.

Good service and food. Try the Meatball sub it's great with herb,cheese bread. At Phase 1 the service is better than Phase 2.
