My sister and cousin visiting from Kauai and me decided visit T-Mobile-to replace there screens and I tell you, that T-MOBILE EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST! Especially the one in Hilo, Kona and now that I visited the one here in pearl city Jules is awesome! Hands down best customer service! Thank you Jules!

I won't even star them but have to put 1 star. They are very unprofessional with the service. Warranty a phone and they have it but won't explain why we could get the phone. We told them to call customer service and won't even do that. We call customer service and they said they can call. Customer service by phone was way more better service they the store itself.Won't ever go back there again. Best store around the area is pearlridge and pearl highlands. There are very helpful and if they don't know the answer they will find a way..

They were very patient with this senior's confusion on Camera Settings. Fix it and took the time to explain why it happened and showed me how to address this issue in the future.

Went in T-Mobile on Good Friday & it was pretty busy! Had to go in because we had an auto pay issue, was helped by Desman & he was very courteous & went right to it... in 5 minutes I was out of there! This employee is a true asset for T-Mobile! Good job Desman!

On the phone with Aubrey cause my mobile payment rejected. That's me forgot to notify T M of account number change duh. Aubrey made sure the fee waived, new account info updatEd and done. Best listening customer service skills with patient and understanding this year and last. Aubrey akamai #1.

We upgrade 2 phones at this store and Jules Cuayzon took care of us. His customer service was exceptional. He was friendly and answers all of our questions. We got 2 brand new iPhone 13 Pro and did not have to pay a dime. He also ensured our military discount was updated. Highly recommend Jules. Thank you for taking care of us.

Bought my phone (Samsung s6) in February 2015. The wait for me wasn't that long (5 to 10 mins). The person that helped was super nice and gave all the information that I needed to know and answered all my questions. I'll be coming back for my upgrade!

I went to Tmobile Pearl Kai after running around to a different Tmobile and then Apple at Ala moana. My iphone phone had been giving me problems and I eventually ended up at Tmobile Pearlkai and was helped by Jules. He was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best deal for me. I ultimately was able to upgrade all my phones and pay less per month. One of my lines was for my daughter that lives in New Jersey. When she went into Tmobile up there to upgrade her phone as planned they gave her a hard time getting the deal we had gotten and they only gave her half the credit for her phone. I called Jules about this immediately, he apologized for the confusion and problems she had up in New Jersey and said he would look into it asap and get back to me. He called back within the hour and said he fixed everything and to just let him know if there is a problem when i get my bill but that it should be fine. I am so happy with the service I recieved here and more so with the helpful and knowledgeable rep that helped me. Thanks Jules Cuayzon for all your help
