This store has a great selection of products and brands to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Genevieve greeted me as I walked in and helped me choose items for a gift. I walked away very satisfied with my purchase!

I like how stocked they are usually and some of the employees are absolute gems but there are certain ones that are too much. I got asked by the same employee 3 times in 5 minutes if I needed help even though I already told her I was just browsing today and don't need assistance. Maybe she thought I would shoplift or something but it was getting annoying and excessive. I wish there was a system like I've seen online where some stores have designated shopping baskets and the color you choose tells the workers whether you want to be left alone or not

After taking a snap shot of my skin she immediately directed me to exactly what I needed. Friendly staff excellent customer service! The best in my experience.

Organized chaos! Went into Sephora Saturday at noon and this place was jiving! Staff everywhere helping everyone! Line to check out was long but moved quickly. So many products to sift through. So happy they had what I was looking for: Ordinary, Sol de Janeiro, Tatcha. Prices were clear and posted. Loyalty rewards program? Yes. Birthday rewards? Yes! Located in Pearlridge Uptown, second floor. Got everything I needed, no hiccups, no drama. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my cousin here for her first complete set of makeup and brushes. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful, but Isabella stood out and helped the most by far! She has such an eye for color and was able to get my cousin color matched, as well as taught her how to use the different products. We left feeling like we were really taken care of and- most importantly, my cousin looks AMAZING! Isabella is very knowledgeable about different brands and skin types and was able to get my cousin set up with just the right tinted moisturizer, brow gel, blush, highlighter, mascara, lip tint and setting powder. It’s a perfect look with just the right natural but glowing finish for a young woman getting started with makeup. Thank you so much, Isabella! You’re such a great artist and teacher!

Jake with the silver wig and pointy fake boobs decided I'd be the one he wanted to give major attitude to. I was with my toddler waiting first in line to check out. I was the only one in line. I saw something to my left that I thought would be a great gift for someone. As soon as I turn around this he/she had their palms on the surface by the register and clearly was staring at me the whole time with attitude.. quickly straightens up and yells at me "You ready?" Which takes me by surprise cuz wtf is your problem bro. Now he continues to give me attitude with his body language and another co worker of his comes and works the left register and they exchange looks so clearly this he/she is comfortable giving this kind of attitude. I'm giving off attitude right back with my body language and how I'm replying to his questions and this guy asks me "Are you okay?" Haha wtf this was really happening to me. Jake was so bothered by me looking at products that's meant to catch your attention while in line that I actually purchased. Sephora pls stop hiring people that are insecure , toxic, immature, can't handle their emotions and get too personal with customers while in uniform. And while I was waiting by the entrance for the manager Kaleo.. he comes to the girl who I spoke to about my complaint and who asked if I wanted the manager.. now he/she is acting preppy and all of a sudden was so interested in his coworkers nails having a convo about that lol. I know what you're trying to do... for what? lol anyways as soon as Kaleo the manager comes Jake disappears. The manager apologized to me even tho it was Jake who should've done that. I just hope Kaleo understood that if that happened to him... he would've felt insulted as well. Jake was too comfortable being his icky toxic self around his coworkers so I don't think anything is gonna happen but I hope I'm wrong. Oh well... sticking to online shopping. My mistake for going in just cuz I was there having a day with my daughter. Also, find another profession if you're that insecure Jake.. and I know it's insecurity cuz anyone who's happy with themselves don't project nasty behavior towards people they don't even know. You work at a makeup store for crying out loud. Wishing you growth.

We were looking for a specific item and approached two female employees who were talking stories in front of store. one of them responded "what's up ? "As if I was interrupting them. She was a heavy set Caucasian female.

Beauty and all forms... Sephora what one place I felt very intimidated to shop at as I don't wear much make up, though the staff are always helpful and are a delight as they greet and inform you of the specials, I just never knew what I really was looking for initially. Fast forward now as I've been trying to do more self care and have learned to do so with various products I agree with some who say they can be pricey and yes though if you are selective they can help you with much more affordable products like their Sephora line which even mom is loving using their make ups. You can shop online as well and do a site pick up and check store availability as we which is a convenience that I love, they do have bonus for birthdays and some really great sales as well so looking fresh doesn't have to be exhausting. Thank you!

It's been a while since I been here. I say a 4 because it's one of the best places to shop at for make-up, skin care or fragrance items. And NOT 5 stars because the price is a bit steep for a lot of us. There's a bit of sacrifice or financial adjustments that may needed, to buy things from here. However, Day after Thanksgiving sale was really something worth exploring here, this year. They actually had some great prices on make-up. Plus additional 30% off the entire purchase for members. I'm unsure how that worked, but it was something worth for many. Items were marked down from 25%-75% OFF. And it wasn't just any item. It was some really great items. Eye shadow pallets for $8, Lipstick & nail combo for $6, 2-tone highlighter for $5, foundation/ concealer pallets for $7. Lipgloss and liners were half off. I'm unsure if the prices are the same still, but it doesn't hurt to check it out, does it?! For me, reason why I went into this store is because not only did we see the sale and discounts, but because I needed to share this experience with my daughter. Showing her how to shop in a store like this AND during its most popular sale. I remember when I first went into Sephora's, it was with a friend of mine. He showed me HOW to shop in a place like this & how to use their sample products without asking for help. Which I was completely grateful because I never liked when people would assist in helping with make-up. They always make you feel obligated to buy something from them because they helped you. And sometimes, if you don't look like your gonna buy anything or look as if you have money to buy things, they dint help you at all. So learning how to help yourself with confidence, makes shopping much more enjoyable. With his help, I was able to buy me some nice things throughout the years I shopped here. Although it's been a while since last time I shopped in Sephoras, my account was still active & accessible. Now it was my turn to pay it forward to my one and only daughter. Yay!!! Thank you my MARKY-MARK! And because it was Black Friday sale, I totally took advantage of it with my daughter & we had a fun time. We were able to buy some things for a few people and something nice for her too. Luckily she has older brothers who was able to find her purchases. Lol! Isn't being the younger child fun? You get to spend everyone else's money before you have to make some of your own. lol! Anyways, back to Sephoras. I'd say, this is one of the best places for any mother to bring her daughter to, so she can learn how to put on samples and test out products before purchasing them. There is Macys, but everything is behind the counter or at the counter. Which kind of intimidates you to try things because they convince you to buy the product. And if you don't, they won't help you much and kind of give the "get out of here" look with a smile. At least in here, they have stations set up with applicators for you to use throughout the store. Now, sometimes they ask if you need any help. But most times they let people try their products on. Which is very important because sometimes the colors just DOESNT look well on us & we regret purchasing them. I've often wondered why Sephoras was a bit pricey on their items. Aside of all that NAME BRANDS & STYLE, I realized that it's because they provide the customers with such service in sampling their products & they need that extra money to constantly provide to the customers. Without such provisions, customers wouldn't buy much. FOR SURE! Especially with the things they have now... it's totally worth it! And much more worth it when you catch their holiday sales or discounts. Do I recommend? YES I DO! To whom do I recommend this place for? Parents who are seeking a bonding experience with their youngsters or for people who want to feel pampered and special. But there is a price for that... you may end up purchasing something you don't really need but just want. Lol! TH
