“A American storage is in an older building that is not as modernized as say extra space ect. However security is alot tighter. Stairs and elevator are located right by office window and there is constant security checks and cameras. Also staff esp. Nickky are super kind and helpful and obviously care about there customers as they offer cold water and bathrooms. If a place doesn't care about you, why would they care about your stuff? When I was at extra space they had a problem with locker break ins. That is not an issue here. Don't let the buildings old charm fool you. It's the safest and probably cheapest and friendliest place for your cherished belongings”

“It was pretty AWESOME from the start. They made it so easy no stress involved. Tuli was a real 5 star kind of a guy as well as his customer servicing. He really made us feel comfortableright at the start til we ended our need for having to get us a storage place even if it was for a short time. Really loved the fact that they are willing to help transport your things in one trip as long as you know how tetrisize then you can get a whole lot taken to the storage on their big truck and yes its FREE. YES FREE! So if you need the space and the cost is pretty much low in my book and i should know cause i dont have a whole lot of money, in fact very limited, so i should know. And the rooms or cubicle i should say is nice and clean also security included. That is a 5 star rated storage. Great job you all. Aloha and Mahalo from both myself and my girlfriend. “Hi there, names Leon Long time tenant, big time storage user. Let me start off saying if you value your stuff, you'll value what youll get with this facility. Clean, secure and attentiveness. Ive been to alot of self storage facilities but this is the cleanest, meaning my stuff wont be hassled by rodents, insects, mold or chronics - because face it chronics in Hawaii ruin everything nice looking. The heavy duty keypad and CCTV monitored driveway, leads to a fully fenced in and keypad entry building, unauthorized entry results in alarm and alert of staff, top it off with moderately thick steel rollup and swinging doors that will take a hit, cut and keep your stuff secured. Finally lets talk about the attentiveness. Out of all the other HSS locations, Mililani staff actually freggin care about you, your stuff and their facility. Pride in what they do is what keeps me here. Even if I lived on the other side of Oahu Id pick this one. I dont buy into the gimmicks or all that other jazz. This facility delivers, time and time again. Price - You're getting the best value”

“This is one of the best locations! There is adequate parking, usually enough available carts, climate controlled, carpet throughout, steel walls, etc. Also I haven't noticed any red flags regarding pests. I feel safe when I'm here and am able to sleep well at night feeling like my things are secure. The best thing about this particular location is their customer service and I would specifically like to mention Bran, who is the friendliest, kindest, most helpful person I have met in many years. Her willingness to go above and beyond caught me by surprise, blew me away, and really made my entire day and more. You never know what someone is going through, and experiencing her ability to make me feel valued and like an actual human (not just another customer) spoke volumes and touched my heart. Without a doubt, she is there to do more than her job description because this one really shows up for work more than just physically. I don't know what she gets paid, but it should definitely at least match what she puts out for her customers. It's been way too long since I've encountered someone so helpful and I commend her for everything. Bran, I truly and sincerely appreciate you! Keep it up, you will move mountains!
