I dropped off my 2012 macbook air for a battery. Well, that was issue 1. Issue 2 was later found to be the mother board. He was able to fix them both in under a week for a great price. I definitely recommend this business. He talks you through everything, gives you options, explains how things work (if you want to know and learn) and great communication to keep you up to date.

These guys really came in clutch and were able to get me a usb copy of windows when no one else could. Saved me 2 weeks of waiting and a lot of money. Very friendly man running the store and great selection of anime merchandise.

Excellent Service! I needed a battery replacement on my 2015 MacBook air. John was able to order the battery for me, he called me to schedule an appointment immediately after the battery arrived. He said it would take 1-2 business days for the battery repair. He was able to repair the battery in less than 24 hours. Exceptional service and highly recommended.

So I brought in my sons OMEN gaming laptop because it shut off and wouldn't start back up. After diagnosing it he was able to fix it, clean it and add a 18 month virus protection to it. At the same time I brought my personal MacBook laptop. It had different issues with the screen not working all the time. But after diagnosing it he was able to fix it and add the 18 months virus protection to. The tech that helped us was Jon who was super nice and very knowledgeable. He also was able to finish both our laptops in the same day! I really appreciate that he stayed 1.5 hours after his closing time so I could come by to pick up my laptops. If anyone needs their computer fixed I highly recommend to check this place out!

Safari Tech is the best laptop repaired I ever seen. I got some problem with my laptop motherboard & they fixed it. Before that I went to many shop but they failed to identify the problem but they did it.
