Bought my running shoes here & the man who helped me was awesome. He really knows his stuff! I mentioned a few problems that I have while running & he gave me a few shoes to try on. I automatically felt the difference & he gave me some recommendations. They also do a free evaluation for your feet to determine what works best for you. The selection they had were Hokas, Asics, Brooks, Nike, Mizuno & much more. They also carry running apparel from shirts, shorts, leggings, accessories. It can be a bit pricey, but the QUALITY & longevity of these items are so worth it. Will definitely be coming back here.

When i first came here to purchase a shoe after coming from a podiatrist, the gentleman showed me a few shoes based on the doctor's recommendations. The shoes i purchased were good except had a rip on top. Went in to buy another pair of shoes but I wanted something different but similar to the first pair I bought because I need a good pair that will support my feet from standing all day. Purchased one pair of shoes and they tell you once you wear them outside no returns. Called them to complain about the shoes based on their recommendations. because it was hurting my feet from standing all day at work, all he could tell me was I should have wear them in the house and walk around for about an hour. How does wearing it 1 hour compared to 8 hours a day? Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that hurts my feet rather relieve the pain! Very disappointing and dissatisfying of the service . Sometimes policy doesn't work in every situation

Amazing store! Great competitive prices and they help watch you walk to pick the best type of shoe! Spent less here than Amazon, and got personal assistance with trying on different styles and picking out the perfect shoe! And they put on the elastic laces we bought and helped us fit them!! Highly recommend shopping here!

Was recommended by my podiatrist to get a more supportive shoe to help with my feet pain. I went to Runners Route hoping to get some recommendations and was not disappointed. I was assisted by Tomo, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Based on my needs, he properly measured my feet, observed my walk/gait, and hand selected options for me to try that would work best for me. Great customer service, thank you Tomo!

Aloha!My daughter and I were in need of new running shoes. I read Runners Route's (Aiea) reviews and they sounded perfect for us. We received excellent service from start to finish. The staff listened to what my daughter and I were looking for and pulled the right shoes the first time! It was hard for us to believe so we each tried on a couple of different styles but went back to our first pairs. The staff was spot on with their recommendations for us. I highly recommend Runners Route!

Excellent service. Went in to replace my running shoes. The gentlemen working there spent a solid 45 minutes with me trying on shoes and finding 2 pairs that fit just the way I wanted. Time to break em in and hit the pavement some more.

I went into runners route waimalu to see if they had the particular shoe that I wanted for an upcoming marathon. The man approached me in the store very gently and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I didn't purchase a shoe but i give this store and the man my full endorsement as I will be purchasing a shoe here in the future because of the excellent service.

This is a small shoe store that meets my needs of specific running shoes in various width. I have a particular width size that most shoe stores don't offer and Runner's Route has it. They also sell all the necessities you'll need for a short or long run such as compression socks, snacks (gels), etc. They offer a 15% Military discount. I thought this place was good until we saw our receipt. We bought shoes on sale on Labor Day weekend. When we later looked at the credit card charge the clerk (Japanese guy) did not give my friend the discount but charged her the regular price. I did ask him is this on sale? He said Yes. Fraudulent place. Tells you verbally it's on Sale but charges you the full amount. Don't leave without checking your charge slip.

My podiatrist gave me a coupon for Runners Route so I had to go there and check it out. Let me say their customer service is AWESOME!! The young girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and sweet. I showed her the shoe recommendations written on the coupon and she grabbed the shoes for me. I asked if they had different colors and she brought them out for me. The store is small, but filled with shoes. I would definitely return when I need good shoes. The male worker even opened the door for me as I was exiting. You really don't see that kind of customer service here in Hawaii. I felt like I was shopping in Japan, where customer service is top notch!! Highly recommend this store for your shoe needs.
