Don't buy here! The 14k so called yellow gold Hawaiian bracelet discolored within 7 months. Ordered a premium 12mm 14k yellow gold bracelet in Aug. 2023 with a total cost of around $3,900. Never worn since was slightly small. Kept in original box since then and checked in March 2024 and was shocked how discolored it was. It now looks rose gold and has black stains. No response from RHHJ. Shame on you RHHJ. It was once a seemingly regrettable company but no longer! Everyone, look elsewhere for your jewelry. I would not trust this company and will be letting everyone know about it.

Came in to have two of my 14k rope chains fixed. They were my grandmother's jewelry and I needed to repair a link and replace the clasp. The sales women were so professional and easy to order the repair with. They estimated it would take 6 weeks but it was done in less than 2 weeks. I am definitely pleased with the quality work done on this repair. Paid a total of around $200 for soldering (the broken link) and replacing the clasps (to lobster claw) on two separate 14k rope chains. Prices were comparable at other placesDefinitely recommend them for their customer service and convenient location

Ms. Val saved the day and probably made some commission off me. Lol I've been wanting to buy a gold bangle for years and my family directed me to this place because I'm from the mainland and I didn't know where to go. They told me this is where they got their bangles years ago and is still in good condition. When my husband and I got there we just started looking around. There were 2 employees at the register helping a customer. So we just started looking around waiting for someone to be available or even greet us. It was already maybe about 5 mins and no one even acknowledged us. Not sure if it was the way we looked or what. Like we don't look like serious buyers. Idk. But I was about to walk out. Then I thought to myself I've been waiting this long to buy a bangle and I shouldn't make this ruin my mood and opportunity. So as I was about to tell my husband for us to go, Ms. Val came along and greeted us with such Aloha. We're thinking she just got off her break. She was so patient and detailed when it came to explaining the different styles of bangles. It was a bit overwhelming because there are so many choices for something that will be so special. But she made it easy to choose and I didn't feel pressured. I also ended up buying a pendent and some earrings. I said "Girl! You about to make some commission off me!" And she said "And I just started my shift!" LOLThank you so much Ms. Val for the wonderful experience and hopefully in the near future I'll be back and buy another one. Mahalo! :D

I’ve been coming to Hawaii since I was a child, and now that I have 3 littles of my own I wanted a heirloom bracelet to commemorate our trips. On my most recent trip I decided I wanted a bracelet, but the ones available in Waikiki were too generic. It was a Sunday and their main store was closed, so we went to their mall location. The sales rep was very patient with my mom and I as we made our decisions. Mom custom ordered a bracelet, whilst I found one that I loved and fit perfectly. We were so excited! The next day my mom convinced me that I should get my children’s names engraved inside the bangle, so we made out way down the the Bishop St. Store at 4pm. I explained we were leaving first thing Wednesday morning, but the lovely lady behind the counter said she would try to rush it (they close at 4:30pm) for Tuesday pickup, otherwise they could ship it to me. The next morning I got a call at 10:15am, right after they opened that my bracelet was ready. We swung by and had to double parked, but she was fast and had it ready to go. The engraving had to be done by hand since it was a ready made bangle, and it was perfect. I teared up seeing the little hearts between their hand scripted names. RHHJ level of customer service really made my bracelet that much more special. I will be back soon for more bracelets, mahalo!

Had a niece's bracelet repaired with new glass black enamel and decided to order a new Hawaiian Heirloom Bracelet for myself. The jewelry is well made and I trust it because they've been in business so long. The staff were knowledgable and very nice. Not pushy at all and very professional. Can't wait to receive my custom bracelet. Will be ordering another one on our next trip to Oahu.

This store has been here since I was a teenager and trust me that's a long long time ago . Yes the place is small but don't let that fool you because the jewelry is top notch. I just got my son's engagement ring here for his girlfriend of course and it was a beautiful ring, all the jewelry was so beautiful I ended up getting me a ring myself....lol! Come check out this place you won't be sorry, especially their Hawaiian Jewelry things you won't regret it!

I am giving two stars instead of one because the item is very nice and the other items I have purchased in the past are also nice. However the customer service of this company is horrendous. I ordered a ring online for a gift. I ordered in advance to allow for delays. Oh boy was it delayed. I eventually received the ring on the 26th "business day". Just over 5 weeks after I ordered it. The company stated in their email it would take 10 to 15 business days. In general, I understand things happen, but after 2 phone calls and an UNanswered email, I was beyond frustrated and so disappointed that I could not get an answer as to what had happened to my order even though the charge was already on my credit card. The first phone call, I was told my order would be shipping in 3 days. Didn't happen. Next I tried sending an email, never received a reply. Second phone call, the guy was honest enough to tell me that he had no idea where my order was and would have someone call me in a couple of days. I did finally get the phone call with the same explanation that they had no idea what had happened. I was promised it would ship by the end of the week and it finally did. So my gift was late and no one from this company ever apologized to me at all. Like I said, I understand things happen. A few kind words of apology and perhaps a discount for my inconvenience would have gone a long way, instead I will never buy from these guys again.

My family and I have shopped at the Pearlridge Mall for years. Each and every time we've walked into this particular store, we've encountered a salesperson with an attitude. When you see the wording "Royal Hawaiian Heritage", you expect the Aloha and the heart of Hawaii we were raised with. The salespeople have no Aloha and are sassy, negative attitudes and all around lazy. Its as if they are bothered to help and act as if they don't need anymore business, but the store is always empty ??? I've spent thousands at the Diamond Co, several stores away from RHHJ, taking my business anywhere else besides RHHJ. Get some Aloha when you are representing a name and jewelry in honor of Hawaiiana. Btw prices are way more at RHHJ than gold and workmanship should cost the consumer. The quality isn't any different as far as gold and workmanship trust me. The customer service doesn't make it worth my time nor money even more.

20 years ago I walked into your store at Pearlridge and no one bothered to help me but when my fiance (who is a white man and yes I am a local girl born and raised here) walked in he immediately was ask If hey could help him and as we walked out he told them you should have helped her. Yesturday we celebrated our 19 years anniversary and my husband wanted to buy me a bigger diamond ring and because I am from here I was looking at getting a Hawaiian ring with a 1ct diamond on it so we went back to your store and I walked in no one said anything but when my husband walked in he was once again immediately ask if they could help him, only then did someone ask if I needed help. My husband looked at me and walked out. I walked out and saw my husband sitting outside and he was mad as I was, he said they did the samething 20 years ago. I said yes, he was so mad he went back in and asked for the manager only to find out that it was the manager was the one that ask him if he need help, he told her that, they did the same thing 20 years ago and that the store was a crappy business and he would never buy anything from them. He said that the manager just look at him like a deer in a headlight, she didnt even say anything. This is so sad because I wanted to get something to show how proud I was to be Hawaiian but if judging people by the way they look or their pocket book instead of a human no matter how much they make. Treat people fair and you will get more sales but now we will let everyone know our story and they can decide.
