I gotta say that I really like this store but the security crew are a bunch of clowns. I would have gave 5 stars if not for them. It's no fun being followed and disrespected for no reason. Walk in with hundreds of dollars on my pocket and act like I got to steal. It drives me nuts. And funny part is they not even watching the people in there actually stealing..... Management needs to fire that company and higher a new one. Hell I can do a better job solo.

I really liked the prices, unbeatable promotions, some cashiers, not all, are very friendly. If you see something of interest, take it with you because later you might not see it again.

The website is a joke..it shows absolutely no merchandise for you to look at, only what appears to be probably paid models smiling away. I want to look at merchandise before deciding to visit a store so that my time is not wasted

Yesterday, my friend and I had a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience while shopping. As we discussed snacks in the check-out line, a lady loudly yelled at us with an attitude. When I inquired about her behavior, she claimed to have called us. I mentioned my two years of working experience at Ross, where I never witnessed such treatment of customers. Her disrespectful response and refusal to let me speak to the manager, stating she was the is store manager named Heather, left us disappointed. Ross should improve its customer service, and no one deserves to be treated this way.

This store has improved their amount of merchandise. The workers are fine. It wasn't too long of a wait to check out. Great prices as always.11/25/23 Crowded as heck but the line flew because they had all hands on deck. Lots of new merch.

The area seems quite chaotic and there is an abundance of people. The clothes rack is placed at a height that blocks the view of passersby and the worker appears to be displeased. Their smiles are rarely seen.
