We purchased a Ford truck from this company. They didn’t have what we were looking for so he got a truck from his “friend down at Shaka Boyz” just down the road in Aiea and sold it to us. Everything looked great, they said there was absolutely NO issues with it. We drove it off the lot and immediately 24 hours later ALL the lights turned on. We contacted them the next few days and they didn’t seem very surprised there was an issue with the truck. Their response was very unapologetic saying “welp once you drive it off the lot it’s yours, nothing we can do”. We took it to a mechanic and he said the transmission was completely gone. He explained that they most likely did an override to clear the lights so it wouldn’t pop up immediately but the very next day it did. We sold it within just a few weeks of having it and lost 5-6K. NEVER going back to this place again as well as Shaka Boyz. Unethical, unapologetic and no aloha for the clients they serve. Take your money ELSEWHERE.

We actually didn't go to the car sales but to the food truck parked inside. Shay's Smash Burger! OMG!!! Best burger I've had in a long time!

Ridge way is a good place if your looking for a reliable used car and a good low price, or if you want to improve your credit or whatever the reason Robert (owner) & Ericson (co owner) are very patient and under standing and their to answer all your questions and accommodations with respect. I have bought 3 cars from here and mind you they did great after I left the lot and after a few months still nothing needed to be fixed or inspected, except my last one (most recent) I bought back in July of this year. I bought a 07 camry hybrid miles were kind of high around 150k but its not about the miles, its about the person who owns the car and how well they take care of it because I know a lot people who buy cars but don't care enough to take care of them, even if their used or new its always about the driver. Honestly though, no more Hybrid cars for me. Lol. Do keep in my mind if you are buying a used car from the car lot, if you find problems down the road, expect that it's not brand new and the problems are out of anyone's control they'll come and no one will see it coming but they will treat you with Aloha and recommend someone if you need the help! Their were a few problems along the way with my recent purchase and we were trying our best to resolve them as much as we could, in the end things worked out well. Everyone has a different experience but this is mines! Thanks again ridgeway for the great business!

So shiety this dealership....bought me one amanti kia i got it for only 2months n the engine went blow up....$8,000 to fix it n they wont help you...i telling you folks not to go there its a total rip off!!!

Ridgeway Motors is a company that does not have their own website and only uses craigslist to advertise. Not very quality operation for internet sales to the savvy buyer.

Bought a vehicle from them, to come and find out it cant even pass the hawaii state vehicle safety check aka iTS ILLEGAL. I have spent of $2,000.00 in repairs within a month and a half after buying it. I call them and bring it to their attention and Robert told me to hold on and hung up on me. I would rate this guy lower if possible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone
