I had never been to Red Knot before, but I saw it as I was driving by and was certain they’d have what I was looking for. The store did not disappoint! The salespeople were inviting but not overwhelming. They were very helpful and added to a solid experience.

I’m very impressed with the level of customer service I received from the floor manager at Pearlridge his name is Matt. There was a scheduling delay that was no fault of the store, but Matt understood my concern with the miscommunication and he did everything to make it right. I am a loyal customer of homeworld and I will continue to shop there after my matter was resolved quickly and professionally.

Sales associate Susan was very friendly and courteous. Although I only purchased a small decorative item she went out of her way to see that I was given 5 star service. It’s the “go to” place for furniture and bedding items.

Joanne H., mom and grandmother went on wednesday oct 23, they were assisted by salesman Ajay. He was nothing but excellent! From introducing all the way to checkout. They had a great experience shopping and weren't at all pushed into purchasing something they weren't in love with. They experienced a salesman at another store and were totally turned off by his consistent pushing of buying something they didn't like. Ajay's service made all the difference and they left as happy customers ☺️. Thanks Ajay!

We walked into Homeworld thinking we were gonna be attacked like how car salesmen do. We weren't. We were greeted with kindness from Mauro Yumol. We explained to him what we were looking for and he took us to see some inventory on the recliners. Mauro is very patient and helpful. We were going to buy from the store before we went here but Mauro was so knowledgeable and patient with us that we chose to buy at Homeworld instead. Mauros hospitality changed our minds into buying with him at Homeworld. To us that's what brought us to purchase there instead. THANK YOU MAURO YUMOL!!!
