When we met for the first official meeting Joe went over all the details for the selling process, prices, strategy, and within an hour I went from knowing nothing to having a detailed plan with dates and appointments for the rest of the month. Everything happened really fast after that. People say there are no stupid questions, I am sure I asked many, but Joe never made me feel like any of the questions were stupid and he responded in a timely manner all the time. I love their branding, their attention to detail, their dedication to their customers, and their community outreach. You don’t really feel like a customer, you feel like a friend and part of a greater community. His team was so professional, from the Home Inspection, the Staging process, to the Open House. From the very beginning, Jack O’Connor was incredibly straight forward and was able to narrow down the requirements I had for a property. He was able to get properties that only fit those parameters. When I finally found a building I fell in love with, I was outbid for that condo. So what did Jack do? He got me the one next door! I had heard that Jack opened doors for clients, but I could not believe it when I received information about this condo that was not for sale at the time.The communication throughout the entirety of the process was very thorough, I received frequent updates from Jack via voice message regarding next steps and due dates during escrow.
