I found what I needed for my last minute Christmas gifts for a couple of young nephews. They don't have as many items as I remember, but was able to find Pokemon cards since they are collectors. I got confused because they have a wide variety of cards, the cashier was nice enough to explain which would work best since he is just a collector and doesn't play to actual game. I didn't know there is a difference? but he was so patient and helped a lot.

I like Razor Concepts because it has more variety than Hot Topic and BoxLunch. I feel like the customer service they give is excellent. Staff are polite, cordial, patient, honest, and ethical and will ask if you are 21+ if you want to purchase products such as ASP Batons, switchblade knives, and airsoft guns. The price can range between affordable and very expensive so be careful when looking for what you want to buy. Otherwise than that I wish they had one on the East Side of the Island of Oahu.

Decent selection of clothes and other merchandise. Only thing that could be fixed is some of their staff.Had one guy playing with one slinky instead of cashing me out. I had to ask him if he could ring me out and even waiting for my card to go through, just right on back with the slinky. Annoying and off putting.

1.) They actually close at 7PM not 8. Should really update the hours to avoid confusionI usually come to look at their gunpla selection, but a lot of the times the section is cluttered with boxes so I’m unable to actually browse the section. Workers are very friendly though and I’ve never had a bad experience on that part

May 20th 2023, they bought my sons Pokémon collection from him without the consent of me or my wife. They told my son they can't buy it from him unless he has his parents or an adult with him. My son brought his friends brother and they bought the cards without looking at any IDs and without giving any invoices or receipt. On top of that they ripped him off and under paid him. When I called on the 21st the next day James the owner said there is nothing he can do because they put his cards with their bulk buy and they can't identify which are his. Then James says that they don't check ID because checking ID doesn't work. What kind of business buys things without ID? Businesses that buy stolen things. Why would they tell my 13 year old son that he needs his parents or an adult? Basically teaching my son a loop hole in their system. As a business owner I will always ask for a minors parents period. Thais place is very shady.

The number 1 reason I am keeping this review up for others to see especially parents is because of how James responded to my complaint. He was unsympathetic came to me with attitude, and basically told me there's nothing he can do and there was nothing wrong with what they did to my son. I spoke to Chelsea first and she was very sympathetic and understanding to my situation. Then she told me James would be calling me to handle my complaint and he was a complete j**** Why is it that when I first complained James said there was nothing he could do. Then after I said I'm going to contact BBB OCP, the police and social media about this situation all of a sudden James knows which cards are my sons? If James would have just said I'm sorry let me do my best to get all your sons cards back to you; guess what none of this would have happened. I accept your apology but a little too late. Next time hire ethical employees that will teach the next generation to have ethical employment practices. Support local small businesses unless they are unethical especially when dealing with minors

My son and I came here one night looking for anything my son could use his birthday $ on. He saw lots of things that caught his eyes, but geared more towards the fidgets. The guy that was there was really nice. He greeted us and asked right away if we needed help. My son told the guy which spinners he wanted, the the guy told him choose more. We came out with 3 fidget spinners. & my son barely paid a cent for it too. Really great that the owner was giving away spinners, as long as you buy one. My kid came out very happy & so did I with that customer service!

Came here to buy a airsoft gun walked all the way to the back saw the gun I wanted, employee not sure of his name came around with another shopper who was looking at airsoft guns. Stood there for over 5 min looking at the gun I wanted to buy and at the guy working there not even once did he acknowledge me didn't even look my way! Looked like the customer was the guys friend as he kept talking and talking about how he has friends who are shipping him airsoft guns from Japan. Literally the worst customer service ever. They lost a customer who was willing to buy and now I'll just buy online. If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would but need to atleast give 1 star to post a review!
