staff are nice, but i accidently bought 2 fake figurines. id expect the products to be qc'ed before put on the shelf.

People should be aware that this store largely sells knockoff or replica goods. At least their popmart boxes are labeled as replica but other things arent. The stuff that is authentic is sold at reseller prices 3-4x markups from retail. It makes it difficult to tell what is real and what isn't. If you dont care about that, they have a large variety of stuff.

Koa helped me, he was super cool and polite. Had set something on the side for me the day before so I could pick next day and had it rdy for me when I showed up...Not happy about them eliminating there automotive section, but was happy with the 75% off i got on my headlight bulbs....

I found what I needed for my last minute Christmas gifts for a couple of young nephews. They don't have as many items as I remember, but was able to find Pokemon cards since they are collectors. I got confused because they have a wide variety of cards, the cashier was nice enough to explain which would work best since he is just a collector and doesn't play to actual game. I didn't know there is a difference? but he was so patient and helped a lot.

I like Razor Concepts because it has more variety than Hot Topic and BoxLunch. I feel like the customer service they give is excellent. Staff are polite, cordial, patient, honest, and ethical and will ask if you are 21+ if you want to purchase products such as ASP Batons, switchblade knives, and airsoft guns. The price can range between affordable and very expensive so be careful when looking for what you want to buy. Otherwise than that I wish they had one on the East Side of the Island of Oahu.

Decent selection of clothes and other merchandise. Only thing that could be fixed is some of their staff.Had one guy playing with one slinky instead of cashing me out. I had to ask him if he could ring me out and even waiting for my card to go through, just right on back with the slinky. Annoying and off putting.

1.) They actually close at 7PM not 8. Should really update the hours to avoid confusionI usually come to look at their gunpla selection, but a lot of the times the section is cluttered with boxes so I’m unable to actually browse the section. Workers are very friendly though and I’ve never had a bad experience on that part

May 20th 2023, they bought my sons Pokémon collection from him without the consent of me or my wife. They told my son they can't buy it from him unless he has his parents or an adult with him. My son brought his friends brother and they bought the cards without looking at any IDs and without giving any invoices or receipt. On top of that they ripped him off and under paid him. When I called on the 21st the next day James the owner said there is nothing he can do because they put his cards with their bulk buy and they can't identify which are his. Then James says that they don't check ID because checking ID doesn't work. What kind of business buys things without ID? Businesses that buy stolen things. Why would they tell my 13 year old son that he needs his parents or an adult? Basically teaching my son a loop hole in their system. As a business owner I will always ask for a minors parents period. Thais place is very shady.
