My tennis coach has tried to convince me to come here for ages. I've always used another shop as it is more convenient. But lately that shop has had horrendous customer service ever since COVID. I'm glad that I came here as their customer service was excellent! I believe it was the owner's wife who helped me get my rackets restrung and the owner Thomas was also friendly at pickup! Their turnaround was also quick and the rackets came back in nice bubble wrap too! I will definitely be returning in the future even if it's a longer drive for me there. Great job guys!

Been shopping here for tennis gears and racquets since 2010 always happy with their services. They know what is my fav color of shoes, when there's new one that they know I will love it, they will call me and let me know. Always very happy with their service. Mahalo.

My parents' favorite local tennis equipment store. They always have good service and friendly staff. Decent prices on grips, shoes and rackets. Ample parking right in front of the store. Support local and buy you stuff here instead of online!

It's easy to find. They had what my daughter needed and more. Service was good. Owner is so friendly and best part is he knows what he is talking about when it comes to tennis so he was able to make some great recommendations for us!! Will be going back again for sure when we need stuff for tennis!!

I'm a relatively new player, and came in for a decent mid-priced racket. The lady behind the counter didn't seem to know anything about tennis rackets. I asked what I should be looking for, and she said "any of them will be fine". I asked "how do I pick?" She pointed out her best seller. I asked why that one was good, but she couldn't answer. I asked for someone else to help me. A guy came out. He pointed out the different head sizes and a few other points, and what kind of player would benefit from each type of racket. There. Was that so hard? I bought a racket and I've been happy with it.

Poor customer service by Thomas. I was going to purchase a racquet, but his grumpy service and uncompetitive pricing justify me giving business to someone else!

Excellent service! May I also say that they are the ONLY place that sells racket strings!!! I think it's family owned and they definitely are helpful and nice. Small place but filled with everything you need.

I've been coming here for years and I love this shop. The shop owners are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable, especially for a small shop. I like to come here to get my racket restrung and they typically can get it back to you the next day (unless they're swamped). They also have some accessories that you may need. I also noticed that they've been carrying pickleball stuff too now, so you can come here to get paddles and balls for that. I would definitely check this place out if you need tennis or pickleball equipment!

I don't like this tennis shop. Their is know returns on your tennis racket if you don't like your new tennis racket. Terrible recommendation on my new tennis racket.

First went into this business to pick up some overgrips for my pickleball paddle. They were friendly, let me browse for as long as I wanted, and answered questions that I had. Went back several months later when my son picked up tennis. They helped us pick out a racket and recommended strings that fit his playing style. What pushed them over the top was this past Sunday. We went there to have my son's racket restrung because the string looked like it was fraying. The owner could have just said, "Okay" and charged us for the service. But instead, he inspected the string condition, educated us on what to look for, and told us to come back in 2-3 months to have it rechecked. What service! Bonus? Their prices are very reasonable and comparable to online prices.

Extremely nice people. They took my two rackets and had great recommendations for strings and asked for my preferences accordingly. Got the rackets done within two days. Prices were very reasonable. Basically paid for the price of the strings. The shop also has all accessories and rackets you may need. Very impressed and will definitely come back for all my tennis needs.
