Roice was fantastic and resolved my RAM issue in 5 minutes. A true expert! He fixed the problem quickly and even gave me a few tips to lower my pc temps living here in Hawaii. I will definitely be back to buy a prebuilt from him for my girlfriend. Anyone on Oahu with computer issues, PC Gamerz Hawaii is the spot to be!

I bought a pre built here during the pandemic time. It was a bit over priced in my opinion but 4 years later it runs great with a 3080 in it. They did a great job and in the end you get what you pay for. I would go back but I have no reason.

Roice is a computer savant. I guess my schedule and his overlaps because each time I come in or call in for help, he's available. Shout out to Roice cause he has helped me out in a pinch when it comes to data recovery, diagnostic repair, PC assessment, and helping to navigate the fine details of PC building. Mahalo nui loa Roice! (give him a raise please).

I don't recommend them. Spent over $1100 on upgrades to a store bought gaming desktop PC and it has been nothing but problems since then. I brought my store bought gaming desktop PC to them to see if anything could be done for the excessive fan noise. To solve this they recommended replacing the case and installing a water cooler. Additionally, they recommended replacing the RAM to ensure it was running efficiently. Essentially, the only items that weren't replaced were the motherboard and video card. Over $1100 and about a month later, my fan noise was back with all the new parts and them "optimizing" the system. Ended up having to bring it back to them to look at it just to have the owner say I might have to pay for another diagnosis fee depending on what they find. At this time, he mentioned noticing the PC had been updated to Windows 11 where he then stated that their systems are meant to run on Windows 10. This was the first time hearing about this and if I had known I likely wouldn't have opted to having the initial work done as I eventually intended to convert this PC into a work PC. After a LONG unhappy conversation, he took my PC in and about a week later said the issue had been resolved as the fan configs had to be redone. Now about 2-3 months later, my fans started acting up again but after doing the steps he recommended if the problem ever resurfaced, I started getting a CPU Fan error at startup and it wouldn't move pass that screen. To get around that I had to disable the CPU fan monitoring and am now waiting for them to call me so I can bring in my PC to get checked out again.

Everyone is very helpful! I love the build they did, not too pricey for having a pc built instead of doing it yourself. They got it built pretty quickly as well! And the tech support they offer through Team Viewer is awesome too

Positive first : Some guy that works here hooked me up, online personally and then a different guy in store, and it was really good customer experience both times, this was a few months back, so I got curious and hit PC Gamerz Hawaii up on discord to ask a question about if I could come in and trade or offer a trade on there, got asked to DM which is weird, but, OKAY I GUESS ( even though I don't, and you don't know me like that ), anyways DM informed me of a rule that isn't included~at least not that I could see~ in their posted Discord rules(no selling or trading), which fine, but I guess its only allowed for their employees to do on the side? Kind of one way innit?-2 for weirdness of putting together my original interactions and this online one and thinking y'all were a little smarter about reusing and recycling tech and the potential to middle or facilitate that in a reasonable and profitable way instead of losing business by recommending people AWAY from you(r) business/side hustles lol
