Roice was fantastic and resolved my RAM issue in 5 minutes. A true expert! He fixed the problem quickly and even gave me a few tips to lower my pc temps living here in Hawaii. I bought a pre built here during the pandemic time. It was a bit over priced in my opinion but 4 years later it runs great with a 3080 in it. They did a great job and in the end you get what you pay for. I would go back but I have no reason.
