Customer service is terrible. You can go in and look at everything and you can even stay 30 minutes waiting to be served and no one even says good morning to you.

Today I went into pandora with my boyfriend. We patiently waited while the ladies working assisted other customers. When it was our turn to be helped, the lady showed us everything we wanted to see and helped me get the proper sizing. She recommended so many beautiful rings and different combinations. Her customer service was awesome and we ended up leaving with a very beautiful ring. Thank you for the great service!

COVID precautions are not excessive (sign in and wait for your name to be called, to enter).The sales reps were very friendly and provided great assistance. Ask about any discounts you are used to receiving before you swipe your card‼️ My associate was nice enough to inform me of the discount for my next purchase.

We always shop here. We buy our mom Pandora for EVERY occasion and both her and my other half has their Credit card. For all the times we go, we always end up with someone with a great customer service. But today, their sales lead (Shayde?) didn’t really give us that. My other half was there first. He said he felt like he was being rush. Then when I came in I felt the same. & her voice kinda give me the irritated attitude. At some point she even slammed the door on the cabinets… Yeah you close at 6:00 but we were in that long list way before that. ??♀️

The pandemic has caused a lot of stock shortages in this store (as well as with other stores, and not just Pandora's). So when I went in and asked for Hawaii themed charms to buy for the wife, all this store could afford me was the three bottom rows of a display case - which was 2/3 empty! And half of what was left was for Christmas as well. Maybe next time, I'll be lucky enough to visit when items have been restocked...

Location is good and sales rep was great. I had my wish list and Megan was able to locate everything and even put my bracelet together with her advice. ? Definitely my go-to location.

Very nice and helpful employees. Shayde is very helpful and answered all of my questions even though I didn't purchase anything. I would recommend this store for any gift giving ideas and ask for Shayde.

A late post from our Visit @Pandora Pearlridge Shopping Center (10 days ago), Uptown aka Phase 1. Awesome! Awesome!... Customer service here from Pandora @Pearlridge Shopping Center "Uptown" aka "Phase 1", from MEGAN. She is Super Nice & very Helpful as we were buying a Gift for Someone for Mele Kalikimaka '2021. Megan never rushed us, took the time to show us good options here for a Gift for our Sweet Friend!! We didn't even have to look at all the Cute Pandora Charms, Bracelets, Christmas Pandora Charms, which btw the selection of the "Christmas Charms" were very Super limited! But, we still found a Christmas Charm for our Friend Starter Bracelet, yayyyy!!! But, since dear Megan also showed us this "Starter Set" Bracelet that already comes with 2 Spacers/Brackets on ea. end (Iykyk) & an Pandora Charm (Charm w/Starter Bracelet is $50.00 Value), you can pick & choose which Charm you would like to go with your Starter Bracelet (Starter Bracelets ranges in prices $99.00 +, etc), & if your Charm is over $50, you pay the difference for the Pandora Charm, Cool both of us says to Megan & away we went, as Megan took out the Christmas & Disney Pandora Charms for us to choose from, Doubly yayyyyy!! Lol! It was so much Fun choosing a Christmas Gift from Pandora, especially knowing that it will be going to a very Special person!! I hope that she will enjoy her Pandora Bracelet for, 12/25/2021. Right before finishing up our transaction, I sparked this ooh So Cute Lilo & Stitch Pandora Charm & I mentioned to my Hubby that Lilo Charm would look great on one of my Pandora Bracelets , & my Hubby was like Huh, you like that Lilo & Stitch Charm & I of course responded, YESSS!!! Miss Lilo & Stitch Charm is the kewtest (haha!), she really is a Sweet Cute Looking Pandora Charm, so my Hubby told Cool Megan will take it then, so Megan added my Cutest Lilo & Stitch Charm to our purchase!! Hip, Hip Hooray I was saying to myself, another Sweet reminder for Christmas '2021 that my Hubby picked up for me, Mahalo Nui Hubby David for my Disney Pandora Charm!! I just might need maybe 50+ more Disney Charms now. LOL. Haha! If you are on a hunt to purchase anything Pandora, go & see MEGAN @Pearlridge Shopping Center @Uptown, I almost guarantee you she'll give you 100% Customer Service. We left that specific Pandora Pearlridge Store that evening, totally satisfied with our Purchase for our Lady Friend, & Megan gift wrapped the gift for us & all & all we had to do was place it in a Mailer the next day, & off it went to the designated destination a few days right before, Mele Kalikimaka '2021. Lastly, Pandora sells so much more than Pandora Charms, they have Earrings, Rings, Necklaces, Theme Bracelets (Star Wars, etc), Starter Bracelets Sets that prices range for over $100.00+, etc. Aloha from, Hawai'i Nei

Alright guys, here's one for the books. Hope y'all have your reading glasses on; this review is worth it! My husband started a charm bracelet for me for the past years. And it has been built up, charm by charm. I will post some pictures down below. Recently, we came to the Pearl Ridge location because one of my charms, the Koi charm in exact, had broke off from the link. So I wanted to see if they replace or at least fix the charm itself, and see how much it would cost. As I'm talking to the GREETER she tells me "Oh, we have a policy of a one year insurance on it." So "if you bought this over a year ago we can't do nothing." "But let me talk to my manager on shift and see what we can do." So, as we're waiting, my husband and I are getting frustrated because we only wanted my charm to be fixed. Here's the funny part, the greeter comes out and explains how we bought the charm in January of 2020 and since it's May 2021, over a year of purchase, she tells me they can't do anything for us. The manager on shift told her directly to call the higher manager because it passed a year of purchase. No sympathy, nothing. And explains they can't replace it, and they can't fix it at a price. She insisted on telling me to use long nose pliers and close the link myself. But because my husband spent over $1k in Pandora jewelry I didn't want to risk my charm being even more broken. This has been the first charm to break on me and because of the poor customer service I will never be spending another $1 there. It is not worth it, management will not care if you need your charm replaced or fixed if it has reached over a year of purchase. Instead they want you to spend more money and just buy a new charm at FULL PRICE. Please, in all honesty, if I'm being rude than thank you for reading. This is a place where we can write reviews, harsh or not. But if anyone who wants to purchase Pandora charms then please by all means. Im not telling anyone not to. Just be aware of the insurance details. As for me, no more charms, no more bracelets, no more jewelry for me. I never had a problem with any of my charms and we all know charms can cost some $$$$$ depending on which ones you choose. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed that this happened. Will no longer be a loyal customer. I don't use my bracelet everyday. I don't leave it out laying around. I keep it in a safe place and use it for dates. I hope this review will help anyone. If it doesn't then please remind yourself if your charm does break you have a year from purchase to fix, otherwise you're spending money or say F*** it like me. Have a great day. Happy reading

Headed in at about 7:15pm on March 3, 2021 and was greeted very professionally. The staff members working tonight were friendly and helpful from the very beginning. The conversed so naturally trying to help us figure out what we needed. At no point in our visit did I feel undermined or rushed. The experience was very relaxed and pleasant. The two ladies tonight gave great customer service and made the experience so pleasant we ended up getting five more items than what we originally intended. Thank you to these two ladies for making the shopping so easy and memorable, which was nice to go through during these times.
