Store is run by a bunch of rude teens/young adults. Sadly my kids had to shop here for Christmas so there goes my hard earned money. Don't recommend this place. Can't wait till they close down like most clothing retailers in malls. Tip: just go in to try clothes on for specific fit and then order clothing on Amazon.

The workers in that Pearl ridge center store accused my keiki 2 of which are Seniors , have jobs and are honor roll students of stealing. They were there to buy stuff for their graduation beach pictures and were accused of stealing and kicked out of the mall not just the store. The workers there were rude and the one of the workers cheered as my keiki were escorted out of the store like criminals! They had reciepts for everything in their bags ... We have spend so much of our hard earned money in Pacsun over these years and this is the first time we allowed them to go by themselves without us present. Never shopping there ever again!!! Sad

Staff at the Pearlridge store are friendly. The COMPANY RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE. My daughter bought a pair of shorts on Sunday, tried them on, realized they were not the right size for her, brought them back within a matter of minutes with the tags intact and the receipt ready, and was told that the company policy is that they DO NOT ALLOW SAME-DAY RETURNS! What in the Corporate-Greed-Insanity?... How is that policy even LEGAL? Like seriously.... I have never come across a rule like this in all my 40-something years of being a consumer. No same-day returns?!!?? Bruh. I will make sure to NEVER ever buy anything again from any store that has this as a policy.

Horrible customer service. No one was barely around. I asked this worker if they had this shirt in medium he said no but then I found some on the rack. Very lazy workers. Horrible.

called in to check lottie moss outfits in stock and Kai had let me hold the items. Thank you Kai , because I live in Honolulu , wanted to make sure items were in stock in Pearlridge. Always can find nice items at Pac Sun Pearlridge than Ala Moana. Good customer service and always worth going Pearlridge side :) Thank you Pac Sun ❤

I always come here to buy my clothes and it was a pretty good customer service. But today i came, the workers were just talking stories, didnt even asked if i needed any help and such. And then when i was ready to pay, there wasnt anybody behind the counter -.- they were still laughing and talking, not doing anything or acknowledging any customers! wat kine customer service is that

What I love the most about PacSun is their myGSOM rewards program, if you don't have it then your missing out!! For every $1 you spend, you earn 10 points and after a cumulative of 1250 points you earn a $5 reward which can be redeemed on absolutely anything in the store! Including their BRANDY MELVILLE CLOTHES!! Plus points can also stack up if you sign up for Pacsun emails, do in-store check in and so much more. So it's a win win situation! This is why I love coming here!
