Great customer service and variety of choices. We needed two in-stock (TODAY) white fans close to the ceiling. Had checked all the big box stores to no avail and were about to settle on something else and instead Yelped this business and glad we did. Helpful no-pressure salesperson and we love our new fans!!!

I feel like this is a"you get what you pay for" situation. These fans cost a little bit more than the big stores but the sales people are professionals and give great advice, and the fans are excellent quality. I'll come back here again when we do our next job.

Good on island fan store. Easy to see them In action. Plenty of choices from budget friendly to pricey. Quick import and good communication. Busy on the weekends so plan for that.

Fast, efficient service! We experienced electrical problems with an older model ceiling fan and called Pacific Ceiling Fans looking for help. Christian was immediately responsive, with a full range of options from replacement to repair. It turned out the fan we had is no longer available, and with several of the same model installed, we were delighted to learn that the problem likely was a replaceable component. Christian made a home visit the next day and replaced the bad capacitor, which fixed the Problem. Great advice, great service, and very reasonable! 5 stars!

Just wanted to thank Christian Yee , Sales Manager for helping me and his excellent customer service. I purchased a fan 10 years ago from Pacific Fans and need a new fan for my leaving room. Chris help me set up an appointment to install the fan with a electrician, Chris Kuhn the electrician called me that day, and install my fan the next day. Service charge was $130- he also fix my other fan in the bedroom, he did an excellent job on both fans. If you need a fan for your home, I highly recommend Pacific Ceiling Fans, located behind Cutter Ford Pearl City. Aloha, Derek

Bought a new fan and they were very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. When I purchased a downrod of the wrong length (my fault not theirs) they even let me return it when I purchased the new one.Since the initial purchase they've helped me fix a few other fans around my house and have been super easy to work with. Even though I am one of many customers they always somehow immediately pick up where we left off and help me with whatever issues I'm having with some of the older fans that came with the house.Blaine has been very helpful and this is one of those times I'm very happy to be working with a small business that values relationships with it customers.
