Absolutely love Korean facial products, they're clean ingredients when I have checked the product on my Yucca app... my skin feels soft after using the facial cleansers.. it's also very affordable!

Very great store. I love that it has so many Korean kind beauty products. My mom and I often go here just to buy the Aloe Vera moisturizing gel. A bit of a price at $23, but it's the only one that keeps my eczema and rough skin in check. I also like how the sales lady had lots of recommendations for products that would suit my mom. Rev. A very good store although pricey. I went today and bought more of the aloe vera skin moisturizer I use. Also I was given a bottle of hand sanitizer for free!

Host was very helpful. Husband has sensitive skin and our niece an esthetician recommended a few products from here. Got them and husbands skin has been GREAT ever since. Wish I had a pic but I guess that'll have to wait for the next review

Do not shop in this location! I’ve been a returning customer for years until today! I purchased a secret bag thinking they would have added good products but they were all expired or about to be! They definitely added foundations and face powder tones that were off.. looked like tones that they might have not sold! I understand the concept of a mystery bag but expired product is not how you do it! They ripping people off! When I asked manager about expiration dates she was clueless! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Most times I've been to Nature Republic (Both this one and the one at Ala Moana) I've had a great experience and I generally enjoy their products. However, I got a Fukubukuro (Mystery Bag) this year and I am beyond disappointed. I get that Fukubukuros are always a gamble, so it doesn't necessarily upset me that I'm not particularly interested in any of these products. However, a quick search tells me that this bag is not nearly worth $120 like the label suggests and is instead worth about $88. This I could forgive (especially since I know this location tends to inflate the prices a little), but one of the biggest value items in this bag is the FOUNDATION. It is terrible practice to put any kind of item that would be literally unusable for some people (like complexion products or clothes) in a Fukubukuro, and I can't think of any other store that would do this. I didn't get to go get Fukubukuro this year and thought this was a great second chance, but it just turned out to be a trap. Oh well, I guess I know to be more careful in the future (-_-)

I love their sheet masks. I’m a fan of it and I’ve been using it since 2017. This is just a reminder for those who will be buying their 10+10 sheet masks, it’s a good deal but when I looked at the expiration date, 6 of it are expired and was due on 10/2020, 11/2020, and 12/2020. No wonder it’s on sale. I even asked the staff if I can pick the ones on the shelf but she said “everything is in that bag”. Bottom line, some of the masks are expired and some are expiring soon. This deal is good for those who wanna use sheet mask everyday or every other day. Just saying.

The products are amazing, however I experienced a bad customer service. The worker’s voice was very rude when talking to me, and when I asked a question, the worker wasn’t patient and showed annoyance. I understand that there are some misunderstanding. But the tone of the worker was not professional and instead acted out of annoyance.

Selling expired products. Went in wanting to get pocket size hand cream because my hands are getting really dry putting on hand sanitizers on 20 times a day:( saw that there were some on sale for really cheap and was excited about it. I noticed that the ones that were at a very discounted price had a different packaging than the regular ones at the hand cream wall. I overlooked that because I understand that packaging change and companies will need to get rid of the old ones too. I went home and saw the expiration date. 2019/04!!!!!! It's been expired over a year! And no, it is not the production date because I have been using nature republic products for years (also double checked other NR products I had at home) I know they put expiration date and not production date on their products. I guess it's my fault for not checking before paying. Btw the lady who rang me up was not very pleasant either. She looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there and did not want my business.

Love nature’s republic products on my skin the best products to splurge on is the jeju cleansing wash which will last you for a very long time. In addition, it gives you that nice subtle foam wash to remove makeup and dirt (I hike a lot). And the collagen cream to give me that nice youthful look. the staff are very nice and they also give you free samples on your purchase.

So far I've picked up two items from this store. Two separate things on two separate occasions. I knew exactly what I was looking for so I just let the employee know and was in and out. There's only been one employee on both of my visits and she's not very friendly but doesn't seem grouchy either. I'll probably be back to check out other things and I'll update if anything changes.

I think Nature Republic has great products! I love the face masks, hand sanitizers and foaming cleansers the best. The sales staff have been helpful if I had any questions.Yes, there are signs all over the shop informing customers not to open the products, but isn't it for everyone's safety? I wouldn't want to purchase something that had its seal broken! Eeewwww!
