Greg was spot on. I requested a used passenger side rear view mirror and he had a new one in stock. I save $420.00 from dealer mark up and he met me half way on the delivery. Mahalo Greg and Mobile Auto Parts Hawaii. You guys ROCK!

As much as I would like to give a 5 star and say I got an amazing engine from Gregg, I can't. He compulsively lied the whole way through the transaction. Initially I called for a toyota Sienna engine, he said he had it, out of the car, and could get it shipped out to Big Island that week; being a trusting person, I followed the next steps and deposited $1,800 cash into his bank like he asked.. He proceeded to give me absolutely no updates on the shipping process, I had to call him everyday, multiple times a day to see if any progress was being made.. he kept feeding me lies about needing a mechanic to get transmission off.. he ended up not wanting to answer my calls and talk to me about the engine I have paid in full for. In the end he sent me a picture of an engine from the wrong year van saying he bought it special for me (after saying he had one out of a sienna ready to ship)... Fortunately he did refund me the $1,800 so I'm very happy he was honest in the end.. but wasted both mine and his time because of compulsive lies.

The staff are most educated and helpful with meeting my needs for my various cars. I appreciate that they always remind me of an offering even when I forget to ask! Thanks for sharing the savings for the oil + filter combo!

Highly Recommended! Requested to Greg who's been helpful from the beginning for an air conditioner compressor and got the part quickly, it was installed by his mechanic Patrick who did a great job getting it to work again in almost 2 hrs. Purchased a used transmission for $650. Got it installed only to find out that reverse doesn't work. Called this guy to let him know transmission is no good. He said he had another one but refused to deliver it to the shop that was fixing my truck only to find out they don't get along as he told me. So I had to load it in moms wagon and take it down. Shop finally installed it and it works but they charged me extra since they had to redo it. Called Mobile to let him know I got almost double charged since the first was broken and had to do again. I asked him if he could help me out payment wise since it was technically his fault having a faulty transmission. He said he'd work something out. Neve heard from him again and is refusing to return my messages and calls. Very poor business practice and to find out this is not the first time. I would not recommend getting parts from this guy if that's the type of business he runs. Sorry.

Worst customer service ever. 1.5 hours late, rude, threatening and overall awful experience. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE! Save yourself from this awfully ran business. Needs to shut down ASAP.

After waiting 25 past our appointment time, I called to find out he had forgotten about it. After saying he would be there in another thirty minutes, he hung up on me when I called half an hour later. Fifteen minutes later he called me asking to meet him closer. After all that, he tried to short me by not giving the correct change. This was the worst customer service and the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered.

Highly recommended! Don't hesitate to call for parts if needed - especially motors, transmissions, whole door or whatever. Give them a call!
