I get compounded medicine here, and their quality and speed have usually been great. There were delays in their supply chain last year. I think they also had an equipment problem that was previously delaying things (a hood was down). Now, that's fixed and they have compounds on hand for fast refills. It also feels like a classic small town pharmacy. The staff at the counter has started to remember my rx, where to find it, and the other supplies I need, so the service has gotten even better.

If you don't want to stand in a long line with easy to find parking, this is the place for you to pick up your prescriptions. You can also get your flu shot or vaccines here but call first if they have it in stock.Picked up a prescription today and was done in two minutes from entering, paying and out the door!Medical Center Pharmacy is located at the opposite end of Aiea Bowl/The Alley. Since I saved so much time picking up the prescription, I did two things with one visit by also picking up ono food from The Alley...a bonus!

Wowww, I can't believe how unbelievably RUDE they are! I asked if they had a certain dermatological Rx and they "no" as though they were annoyed. Then I asked if they knew who might carry it but the man I spoke with cut me off and was even more rude with his second statement, saying "I don't know!"I tried explaining that I was referred to them by another pharmacy but again, he interrupted me and said "bye!" then hung up.4/1/22 4:15pm

Hateful and ill informed staff. Being a medical pharmacy, they should know the rules for patients who have medical conditions and cannot wear a mask. Terrible attitude against the client and ignorance of the law makes this a pharmacy to skip.

Medical Center Pharmacy is located in the same parking lot as Aiea Bowl in the far left corner. There is ample parking and even a few stalls out front that always seem to be empty. They are a small pharmacy that specializes in compound medications. I came here throughout my pregnancy to pick up my injections. It was a compound drug so it needed to be mixed. You would not be able to find this at your local Longs or Walgreens pharmacies. The pharmacy also mails out your prescriptions as needed as well and is an option when ordering your refills. The pharmacy is very clean looking, almost like a hospital setting. They have a few vitamins and cbd products for sale. The staff are very friendly. Although I only had a handful of interactions with this pharmacy I have to say that this is a great pharmacy. If I ever need compound prescriptions again I will definitely visit here.

Seriously they have had a prescription for my dog for 3 weeks now and they claim they need to make the eye ointment, then a week later they claim they need to send the eye ointment somewhere for someone else to check it, now I am in week 3 and nothing at all is being done. Meanwhile my dog will go blind.

Located next to the Aiea bowling alley, this humble looking pharmacy was efficient and left me satisfied. They got my prescription ready within a couple of minutes and I was in/out really quick. I went in the morning and parking was plentiful.

This pharmacy lost the prescription my doctor had called in. When I inquired about it, Mr. Gregory (the owner) said he lost the prescription. He said, "Do you want to get another one by yourself ?" I told him to get in touch with the doctor to get it. The ointment came in syringe. I noticed the volume of prescription were short for each syringe. There were 9 syringes. In total they shorted 1 or 2 doses of prescription. When I brought them to the pharmacy they rejected to do anything to correct the situation. I took pictures of these. I wrote to Mr. Gregory. I gave reasonable time for him to respond, and he chose not to respond. I use different pharmacy with higher work ethics, quality, and better service now.
