“We're very particular, so after shopping around for a month, we settled on Premier Stoneworks in Halawa Valley. Got new quartz countertops for our guest and primary bathrooms from Tom and Josh in sales at 1/2 the cost compared to other countertop businesses. Our purchase from Premier included installation with the new 3/4" sub counter, other business put you in contact with installers at added cost. The installation was done by Cam and Victor who were very courteous and professional. Very happy with sales and service from Premier Stoneworks. Shoutout to the fabricators who cut and polished our countertops, true craftsmen.”

“Everett is a hero. I called the store and explained my issues with a Toto toilet. He walked me through what could be wrong. I bought the flush valve he recommended and it works better than brand new. Thanks for your help today Everett, you made me a hero.”

“I needed a handset and 5" latch for my 70s downtown condo. Not knowing any better I looked at Home Depot first, but they sent me to JBL. This is apparently the pro place where contractors and locksmiths go. I found them extremely helpful by email, then I came in and knew exactly what I needed. This is where I'm going from now on to get my lock solutions.”

“As a remodeling contractor, I use Pat for all my custom cabinetry needs. He does great work and is pleasant to deal with. There's nothing like a solid local, family-owned cabinet shop for guys in the business like myself.”

“I initially gave a 1 star review because I had difficulty getting support for a fixture that did not work properly. Ferguson responded and I contacted them by email as directed. However, either by coincidence or as a result of the 1 star review, a replacement part was ordered and shipped via FedEx. After nearly 2-1/2 months, we have a working shower. Ah, the power of Yelp!”

“I have only good things to say about our experience in working with LJ at Plus Interiors. We remodeled a kitchen and bathroom at the same time, but obviously the kitchen was much more complex. Through good, thoughtful suggestions from LJ, we went through multiple designs to get the plans for the kitchen right. It was not thinking just cabinetry but the utility of the kitchen and how it would work, which includes consideration of cabinet styles, cabinet placement, sinks, and appliance locations. Without the designs, it was hard to imagine. Heeding LJ's suggestions, we constructed two single walls into double walls, rerouted the water pipes, prepared new electrical outlets, and removed tiles to install new flooring. LJ had wonderful suggestions for the kinds of sinks, appliances, and flooring to seek out, and even provided names of vendors. There are many choices of the types of cabinets, handles, and countertops. It is not easy without guidance. When we finally started the activities, California Closets, related to Plus Interiors, came to do the demolition of the old kitchen cabinets. That began a preparation stage when all the electrical, plumbing, wall construction, and other tasks were done. Then came a few week wait for the cabinets to be constructed. Because LJ was so meticulous in measuring and checking everything, the installation of the new cabinets was perfect. A carpenter from California Closet carpenter with the same quality mindset as LJ put in all the cabinets with precision. They were checked and adjusted. Appliances fit perfectly. Last came the countertops (Ace Tile), turning the kitchen into a wonderful place to cook. Without LJ managing this project, the result would never have reached the high quality that I hoped it would be.”

“After 37 years, we finally decided to pull the trigger on a kitchen & bath redo. First step is the shower in the master bathroom. Our original as built by Gentry had a fiberglass floor & cultured marble walls. The walls were still in pretty good shape but the floor definitely needed replacing. I already resurfaced it with a white epoxy finish about 7 years ago. That didn't last long. The area around the drain started chipping away within a year. Fighting the mildew around the caulk was also becoming a chore. After hearing about and seeing the seamless Corian units at InSolid, I knew that this was the route we'd be taking. The hardest decision was choosing the panel colors/pattern. Although they do also sell shower sets and grab bars, we opted to save a few dollars by purchasing them at Lowe's/City Mill/Home Depot. Demo'ing your old unit and plumbing the new fixtures can be done by the homeowner but we opted to have InSolid handle everything. The work from beginning to end was top notch. Elice was very helpful with everything from choosing the options to keeping me updated on scheduling. We are currently planning a redo on our other shower. There's no doubt that we will once again go seamless with InSolid.”

“I love my kitchen transformation from Marmol, Hawaii! The team at Marmol was so helpful with our selection and we learned so much about the various types of products. Our kitchen had grey Corian countertops which were not eye-catching, and definitely not practical. The team at Marmol helped us select a gorgeous yet practical alternative that we have been living with and loving for over a year. The installation was so well orchestrated and professional, I would highly recommend Marmol to anyone who wants a kitchen upgrade that is well worth the investment!”

“Shopping in Honolulu, Hawaii... I didn't know why my friend wanted to go shopping here. I try to avoid Simply Home (at Kahala Mall) because there are cute things at the front of the store... luring me in... I tell myself I don't NEED more stuff... However... The merchandise in this store is useful. Dish towels, tote bags, shower curtains, hooks, pet supplies, kitchen gadgets, trivets, and charging cords are some of the items in stock. I even saw a bunny toothbrush holder and a panda hand sanitizer... so cute! I will return to get gifts - especially for mainland friends. Some of the designs have Aloha themes like local grinds... such as okazuya, pineapples, and laulau! Service is very friendly and positive! There was a young man who was sincere about wanting to help me find whatever I was looking for! Thank you! Anyway... it turned out that my friend wanted to get me a Bowl Hugger. It's like a potholder that goes around your bowl when you place it in your microwave, so you can protect your hands from the hot bowl when it comes out from the microwave! Clever, thoughtful gift, right?”

“Had a beyond wonderful experience with this company today. Unfortunately I dropped my toilet tank lid and it shattered. This place absolutely saved the day. Curtis went above and beyond to help me find a replacement and took it home and it fit perfectly. Very grateful for the amount of effort and help I received from this store today. Thank you so much.”

“The service was good, I thought. The person who helped me was Vivian, and she understood what I wanted and helped me get an idea of costs, which is SUPER helpful. Their selection is better than Golden cabinets and Stone as C&C sell granites vs marble counters (which theirs is more expensive), and I was at least greeted and approved here at C&C. Get in touch with Vivian!”

“I saw the sign about having an appointment on July, 12 2023. I just walked in and was helped by the friendly staff not wearing a mask. I think that the sign was an old Covid thing of the past.”
