Came to have my tires rotated and studs replaced and the team at Jiffy Lube in Aiea was on point! Prices were extremely reasonable, staff was super friendly and the location/building itself was as clean as an automotive shop can be! Worked with a few different mechanics on island and this is my go to spot. Much appreciation to Dominic, Sky and Nell for going out of their way to provide the best mechanic service on island!!!

AMAZING! They were super helpful with getting my water pump replaced. Very friendly staff and speedy workers. I had a very positive experience and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Shout out Dom the mechanic for making sure everything was running properly in my car!

Amazing customer service! we got to the facility 10 minutes before closing and Rogelyn, Nelda and Myla were extremely helpful and nice. We requested an oil change and the service was fast and easy! I will be coming back for sure

This review is way over due, was here a few wks ago Dom, your customer skill's awesome. 4mos ago I first came here, the ladies that work here are highly professional. Came here around 11AM on a Saturday for my oil change and I was promptly greeted by Nel. She was incredibly professional and very helpful in letting me know what my car would be due for today. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I was all finished within 30 minutes. They also gave me some really great tips on taking care of my car. This Jiffy is awesome with an efficient team! I will definitely be back. Thank you guys again. :)

They really took care of me, fast service, clean, bathrooms, free coffee, they don’t try to push a bunch of products on you. I’m taking all my cars here.
