I definitely like shopping here when they have a sale and today I found two nice shirts I can wear when I go home. I'm leaving to San Diego in 2 years so enjoying my time while I am here. I found 2 shirts on sale. I wanted to buy shorts but they were a little too small at the waist. I think I am a 32 not a 30. They had a lot to choose from but no shorts or pants in my size. The store is clean and bright so I liked that. Located at the end of this mini mall. Right across from Tilt. I would definitely come back to look for more sales.

always greets whenever i walk in, friendly and great customer service, great music, and great deals . managers are very helpful and respectful . i go to the store all the time and workers are always asking how i am doing . deals almost every week especially red tag deals !

Terrible customer service. No one greets you when you walk in and no one asks if you need help. Cashier did not even crack a smile. Maybe they should get trained from the girls at Ka Makana.

oh my god! This place has came a LONG LONG WAY! I mean... when I was in high school, there wasn't as much as now. And the styles... ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I love how it's not ALL the same. Although it may be the "in" style or "fad", they still offer a little different options aside of that. And their SHOES!! Oy YOI! So much choices! I swear... if this was back then, I would always be BROKE as soon as I got my check. Lol!! Glad I can now SOMEWHAT... manage my spending. Oh don't me wrong, I would definitely slip up from time to time in here. Which is WHY, I know now... STAY OUT AND STAY AWAY! If anything, order online! That way I only get what I need. But, I cannot say it's the same for their KIDS location. That is unfortunately where I may lose self control because I'd probably wanna buy my daughter EVERYTHING THERE! Which is why I MUST ONLY SHOP, when she needs it. Otherwise, she'll run her daddy and I broke, NO JOKE! Lol! But this store is definitely one of my faves. And although I'm a bit on the "older" side, I DONT CARE! I'm STILL gonna buy what I know I can get. Of course I'll dress appropriately as my age, but with THE STYLES they have, I won't look AS OLD or much OLDER. If you know what I mean?! I don't mind dressing the "older look" at times, I do believe, time and place too. But I love how they have plus sizes too! That's the best part of this store. They don't just have the TINY PETITE SIZES, they also have the bigger sizes for those beautiful VOLUPTUOUS babes! AND... it actually looks really good on them too! Ok that's all for now. I like jeans warehouse but tonight I went in for a quick pick up for a jacket while my husband and kids were at tilt. The past times I walk in, I always get no greetings whatsoever. These young girls need training with that, I only notice they do when there manager is around. Yes, I come here often to know who the manager is. Today I walked in 6/15/22 at 7:40pm and it WAS NOT BUSY. Only had 2 other customers inside. I picked out 1 jacket, 1 floral bottoms & 1 flowy romper. The girl was following me around fixing fixtures of clothes I already looked at from behind. The fact that I asked if I could try on clothes & she said "no, because our manager doesn't let anyone try on 10 min before closing & it's 8 minutes before closing right now". I told her, "I'll be fast because I only have 3 items." She said, no, again repeating herself. Like, if that was the case, COULD SHE HAVE TOLD ME 2 MIN AGO AS A REMINDER THAT DRESSING ROOM WILL CLOSE" or PUT A SIGN UP... it's only common courtesy / "communication" to let your customers know that. Went back to tilt after purchasing my jacket since that's what I could try on in front of the mirror. NOW, THEY have the courtesy and communication to communicate with us saying they will be closing in 5 minutes. Customer service people!!

I didn't want to waste a star but I cannot post without clicking on a star. I don't know if this world has lost the value of business. Walked in the store with no greeting,(I'm ok with that or maybe manners got lost too). As I walked around the store, my ears were drawn to the loud music playing. The lyrics! Unacceptable for any business. I asked the cashier, "Is this the store's playlist?" Cashier responded with yes. I thought I was in a night club! Unfiltered! To my surprise, the words on the girls/womens shirts were also unfiltered. Wow! Just WoW! I grew up shopping at Jeans Warehouse but sadly, I just cannot support this location anymore. We need to be aware of our surroundings. The devil is luring in and through anything. Allowing the abnormal be normal. I know the staff is young and know no better. Management need to encourage staff to be professional while there is no management on duty. This store is a family store. I hope this post is an encouragement and not a discouragement. I apologize if I offend any feelings. There is always room to professionally grow.

Customer service is extremely important as a shopper. This determines whether I want to spend my money at this shop or not. When I walk into a store I think it's an obligation of the workers to greet all their customers. I needed to pick something up from this location and as I walked in, I was greeted by someone however when I walked to the plus size section of the store, the associate had her arms crossed over her chest, didn't acknowledge me and actually looked mad. I walked back to the other side to say I was there to pick up an order and was advised I need to go back to the plus size side so I did, and the associate that spoke to me informed the other associate why I was there. "Oh sorry, I didn't know" Me thinking to myself... well, you would have if you acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. Had I not already paid for my order, I would've left not buying anything. Poor customer service is such a turn off with any company and a poor reflection on management.

I came in just to purchase ONE thing that I put on hold. When my family and I walked in, only one associate greeted us. 3 other associates were by the register so I went up to them, patiently waiting for them at least acknowledge me. NONE of them asked if I needed help or if I had a question. I was right in front of them for a good minute or so and they obviously saw me. Instead acknowledging, 2 of them continued to talk among themselves and the other was just counting money. I ended up leaving the register and asked the associate that greeted me for help. She was the only associate that helped me. Service was poor and associates were rude :)

We love shopping at jeans warehouse. Great prices, new styles, clean store and I also love this location because it is in the mall next to many other great shops and places to eat.

I believe this is one of the biggest Jeans Warehouse on the island and I like how bright and new this location is. The sales girls are very nice and sweet which is a great plus! They ask you if you need help if you're looking for a certain item or style. I was looking for basic black tanks and they had a huge selection by the back wall for about $7.99 or less. I like how they offer Apple Pay at the register and they're really quick to ring you up. They also have the cutest eco bags! I like purchasing it to keep in my purse when I'm out shopping. They also have really nice face masks that I buy from time to time.
