“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”

“As soon as I walked into this Verizon store a woman immediately came up to me asking if I needed any help. I was there to only ask about their different internet plans to it was only going to be a short visit for me where I wouldn't be looking around for anything else. She was awesome and I wish I had written hr name down but I'm sure she will remember me if she reads this review. She also didn't best around the bush like other stores did to me and gave me only exactly what I wanted to know about unless she had a better option for me in which she did and if I could rate her as well she'd get 10 stars. I will be going back to this Verizon to do on the advice she gave me. I only go on that side of the island once a month so I'll be back there in about 3 weeks and then I'll be a part of the Verizon Plan. Aloha”

“Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. “Staffs were friendly, courteous and well informed. Went there to purchase new updated cellular for granddaughter because her old phone was not working serviceable (technical problems). Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!”

“I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.”
“Skye is excellent. When I completed my original reason for going there, an equipment swap, she asked if there was anything else. That led to a review of my bill and a list of options to address the increase that would soon be coming up; one of the promotional rates I had would be ending soon.
We discussed options, I made my choice, then she went about getting it done. This was not a quick process, but she handled it well. I did not feel rushed and she maintained a positive attitude through the whole process.
In the end she reviewed what we did and made sure that I understood the change in my future billing, which was appreciated.”

“Yesterday, Brandon was totally awesome and of great help. I had to go to the store to get a replacement phone. While there I asked how I could get their lower rate. I had been with Spectrum Mobile since the beginning and was paying more than their $29.99 rate. Brandon told me who to call. When I call the first time, the guy on the line told me that I had to get a third line in order to get the lower rate, which is not what I had been told. So I went back to the store and Brandon helped me get to the right people in order to get the lower rate. Thanks again for the great customer, Brandon!”
“At the other store (the big one), I spent 2 hours because the reps equipment wasn't working properly. The manager stepped in and said he would personally help me and then ignored me for another half hour. Later, I went to this store (School St.) and I was in and out in 20 minutes with my name new phone. No fuss, no muss.”
“Alamoana Spectrum store opens until 8pm. Came in 25 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night and checked in on tablet at the front of the store. Received text that I'm in line and they will be updating me soon. Okay 10 minutes to go and 5 people in front of me. The workers surprisingly blitzed through and Van was so kind in helping me retrieve the new modem. 5 stars quick and friendly service.

“My dvr was not working and I called customer service. They determined that I would need to exchange my device with a new one. They informed the Spectrum store that I would be coming to exchange my old device with a new one. The process was fairly quick and easy. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very helpful and professional.”
