Integrated Business Solutions has billed me for a Maintenance Contract that I never signed up for! This is to pressure me to lease a new Postage Meter. The only way Integrated can justify the change is that the new lease would be cheaper than my old lease including this bogus 3 year $28.37 a month Maintenance Agreement. Of course, it is more than my current lease. I talked with sales person Scott Lanier, he said that they never reverse Maintenance charges no matter what. This is a high pressure deceptive sales practice! I have a complaint filed with BBB. Please think twice about doing business with an unethical company.

Integrated is billing me for a 3 year Maintenance Contract for my Postage Meter that I never signed up for. It is to pressure me to lease a new more expensive Postage Meter. They are refusing to cancel & reverse charges. Please do not do business with this unethical company. BBB complaint filed.

I received a very quick response to my quote request (which was submitted late on a Friday evening), with good follow-up communication. I was given a price estimate and told that they would not charge if they were not able to complete the repair. They sent a tech out the next business day. The technician was friendly and professional and really wanted to get my scanner fixed for me. However, he was very upfront with me about the fact that the problem was more involved than he had expected and it was going to take longer to fix. He called the home office and got me an updated estimate, which was twice the original quote. Considering that my piece of equipment is very old, I declined the repair. The tech was good-natured and understanding and did not charge me anything. He even stayed longer to tinker with it a little more, carefully put it back together, and advised me on how it could be repaired by anyone with mechanical intuition and time on their hands by opening it in a certain place to begin disassembly. He seemed to really care about saving me money and getting me the best possible outcome. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely use them again if I run into another problem I can't handle.
