5 stars is for the beautiful soul that was working on 12/23. I rushed to the mall for last minute Christmas shopping after work and she made me feel so welcomed. I know I was one of those customers so lassssst minute but regardless she was the sweetest person ever! Thank you for helping me and my husband out you literally saved my Christmas! She deserves a raise & weekends off with her kiddies lol Thank you so much for going above and beyond mamas, we appreciate you!

I decided to stop by Icing to buy some new jewelry for work. As soon as I entered the store, the friendly manager Jamie asked if I needed help with anything. We struck up a conversation and before I knew it, I was sitting in the chair for ear piercing! I had gotten my ears pierced years ago, but they unfortunately closed up. Jamie was an expert and made sure I knew exactly what to do this time around. She was such a blessing to me, and I felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend once I left the store! See Jamie for piercings!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Accessories are the "Icing" on the cake!They certainly have lots and lots of it and love how it's so neatly organized here! What a dream to have the little fun touches they have here as I did consider a couple of things that I do admit I don't need but seriously wanted lol!! This bright and vibrant shop does have the party vibe and though some are extreme most are just the fun added bling we all do love, the staff here though seems nice don't greet you or let you know of the specials like the other places do I was just browsing anyways hoping to keep my shopaholic overdrive in check.Great place for any selection for that fun special added touch sometimes for the great price as they get you to grab more for the discount I try to keep it simple and get just what I need.Thank you!

I received the worst service while getting my daughter's ears pierced. There was absolutely no kindness towards her guests, and she was rushed, rude, and obnoxious from the beginning to the end. Even though there were no other customers, she urged that she was busy... The worst of them was that she had my daughter's ears pierced did not match together.

I had a really great experience with their piercing service for my earlobes. Minimal pain to say the least, just felt like a quick pinch. The staff member working today was very professional and knowledgeable. She made sure my piercings were not uneven and showed me her markings before placing the new stud.She cleaned and prepped her station, sanitized her hands and wore gloves to ensure a clean process for the piercing. Then she prepped my earlobe skin. The whole process must of took under 30 minutes and it felt like a breeze.Highly recommend Laure for your next piercing appointment. She was very friendly and talked to me during the process to calm the nerves. She explained everything needed to keep my piercing healthy, gave me recommended cleaning solution and the after care pamphlet.Very happy with my piercing!

They do have a wide selection of costume jewelry and prices were okay. Not very busy crowded and the salesperson was helpful.

I was coming in just to browse, but left with so much, thanks to Verna! She’s the best, from the time I walked in until I was ready to check out, she was attentive and assisted me all the way. She asked what the occasion was and went out of her way to find the accessories that would complete my look. It felt as if she was touring me around the store to make sure that I had everything I needed. I hope that she gets rewarded for doing such a good job. My shopping experience was such a pleasant one because of her.

My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced and she already had one as we got them done when she was a baby, now that she is 14 now. She wanted to add more ear rings. We was helped by Shadow and I highly recommend her, her customer service is outstanding, she's sooo friendly and very gentle, we actually came back to get another Piercing (spider bite) the next day. So now my daughter has 4 ear rings in both ears. Shadow was just outstandingly fabulous and please if you want to get your ears pierced go down or call and request for her!!!!

Our 3 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced. Shadow was friendly, gentle, kind, calm and very professional. She made our experience positive and memorable. We're all so very grateful. We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends. Thank you Shadow!

3 words. Shadow is AMAZING. Spontaneously while walking past the store I decided I wanted to re-pierce my 3-year old's ear. I walked in and Shadow was at the register asking if I needed any help. I told her how we went to get my daughters ears done when she was 6 months at the Windward Mall Claire's and we had a terrible time. (Workers got the piercing guns stuck on my daughters ears and tugged on it -- they even told me "it's common"). Shadow didn't have to but she apologized that it happened and explained on how it should've been resolved if the gun had gotten stuck. She reassured me that wouldn't happen if she does it and even asked me if I was comfortable that she'd do it. It wasn't even a question! I was 100% comfortable because of how understanding and sweet she was. We go over to the piercing station and I immediately think of how to keep my daughter distracted but turns out, I didn't even need to because of how nice & catering Shadow was! She let my daughter know what she was doing and why she was doing it. My daughter normally will start crying when she's uncomfortable, but she didn't cry at all before the piercing. The piercing itself went smoothly! She even gave my daughter lollipops to calm her down from her crying lol. In all, Shadow literally made this experience. I was very skeptical because of our last experience but Shadow immediately took those worries away and gave me better memories to look back on. Mahalo nui!!

1 star is only so I can share! I literally just left there with my kids. Looking around (mind you I just purchased some overprice items) , I'm at the cashier paying while the other staff (shan/Chan) watever tf her name is goes and makes a comment to my kids "are you guys gonna get that?" I looked at her and said "huh? Oh no.. sorry" then she says "oh cause they just left it on the floor" ... b**** are u seriously going to give me a fkn sarcastic attitude????! Shortly after, the cashier wants to give me fkn attitude right after I asked her for her coworkers name??? Best believe I will hunt your fat man looking a** c*** down and b**** slap tf out of you and her d*** coworker's dumbass until u both apologize! Rude af! After I just witnessed her giving attitude to a customer right before me?!!! I'm so EXCITED to return by myself and wait for this ho to get off. Piss me tf off, and I will NEVER bring business to that store, n I will let the world know.

Went to Icing downtown Pearlridge two weeks ago to get my daughters ears pierced. Even though they only do it with appointments only they were able to squeeze my daughter in as a walk-in (highly recommend calling to make an appointment) they do tend to get busy. Thank you to Mikayla! I called and made an appointment today to have my ears pierced and was helped by Jamie who is in charge both uptown and downtown Pearlridge Icing. Thank you again Mikayla and Jamie for AMAZING AND AWESOME customer service! These ladies even though the store got busy both times they made sure everyone was taken care of.
