If you don't want to stand in a long line with easy to find parking, this is the place for you to pick up your prescriptions. You can also get your flu shot or vaccines here but call first if they have it in stock. Picked up a prescription today and was done in two minutes from entering, paying and out the door! Medical Center Pharmacy is located at the opposite end of Aiea Bowl/The Alley. Since I saved so much time picking up the prescription, I did two things with one visit by also picking up ono food from The Alley...a bonus!

Meat is so sloppy cut and very thin.Whole meat dept. Needs a overhaul. Looks so unappetizing

You'd never guess this is one of THE BEST supermarkets in the area. Lots of covered parking on the lower level. At this location you'll find freshly made bentos. Fresh Mochi, a lunch plate counter and everything else a supermarket offers.

Hateful and ill informed staff. Being a medical pharmacy, they should know the rules for patients who have medical conditions and cannot wear a mask. Terrible attitude against the client and ignorance of the law makes this a pharmacy to skip.

My fav pharmacy in Aiea! I've had all my vaccines done here for years or at least since they started offering them. Flu season vaccine , pneumonia vaccine, shingles vaccine, whatever is in season I'm on the list to get a shot. There is a little cubicle the pharmacist herds you into for privacy which I find silly but I'm sure necessary so no one sees your exposed shoulder. It's great to drop off your prescription and if you have to wait you can do your grocery shopping. If there are no items to weigh they can check your purchases through the register at the pharmacy. I always like to take advantage of this option if I have limited shopping to do. I have most of my prescriptions on automatic refill and their system is great. Call is made advising your order is ready for pickup and how long they can hold it for you. Haven't had one put back in inventory yet so they're very patient when traveling especially if you let them know. All the staff is great, courteous, efficient and often funny. Good parking fronting the store.

Medical Center Pharmacy is located in the same parking lot as Aiea Bowl in the far left corner. There is ample parking and even a few stalls out front that always seem to be empty. They are a small pharmacy that specializes in compound medications. I came here throughout my pregnancy to pick up my injections. It was a compound drug so it needed to be mixed. You would not be able to find this at your local Longs or Walgreens pharmacies. The pharmacy also mails out your prescriptions as needed as well and is an option when ordering your refills. The pharmacy is very clean looking, almost like a hospital setting. They have a few vitamins and cbd products for sale. The staff are very friendly. Although I only had a handful of interactions with this pharmacy I have to say that this is a great pharmacy. If I ever need compound prescriptions again I will definitely visit here.

I've visited this times since I was a little girl and came wit my grandparents to pick us their medicine. Now that we moved to aiea, we need to find a closer pharmacy to use as our "go-to" place to get our medicine, the most convenient being Times in Aiea. The pharmacist front desk people seem nice enough but the wait is soooo long. They also don't seem to have the manpower to man two separate pick up lines when needed. That being said, this is our first attempt at picking up our medicine from here on a Saturday so maybe that's not the best time to visit. We will definitely try again and update the review!

Located next to the Aiea bowling alley, this humble looking pharmacy was efficient and left me satisfied. They got my prescription ready within a couple of minutes and I was in/out really quick. I went in the morning and parking was plentiful.
