Hawaiian Tire and Auto Center provides exceptional service. Specializing in alignment and suspension, they also can do minor repairs and provide the care factor that will make you feel you are in good hands. This family own business has an amazing trio to keep their customers coming back. Gina (wife) handles the appointments, customers, and payments while the son and husband work on the cars. Hawaiian Tire values their customers and will always provide the care and a fair price on repairs.As a former parts delivery driver and now a loyal customer. I recommend seeing them for your wheel alignment, tire, or minor repairs.

Mom and pop operated with honest automotive services. Integrity and trustworthy operation above anyone's expectations. I take all my family's vehicles there when service is needed. Peni does more than wheel, tires and suspension needs. Oil changes and troubleshooting is offered, and many vehicle problems are resolved.

Peni and crew are the Best! Fixed my broken tire valve temporarily to get me on my way quickly. To get my Boss's diaper out of his Butt...LoL...but yeah Hawaiian Tire, came tru in the time of crisis. Back later and fully repaired with replacement TPS valve. Mahalo!

A very reliable and reputable company who has been serving Oahu for the last 24, 25 years now, who takes great pride in ensuring that the work done is nothing less than top-notch. My car has been driving smoother and straight since I got my alignment done there. Honesty, dignity, integrity, purity, are just a few words to describe the feeling you'll get when entrusting Hawaiian Tire and Auto Center to work on your vehicle. The service isn't a "quick job", as they thoroughly inspect everything, and ensure that everything is done properly. The wait time is worth it - your vehicle is in good hands there. Be sure to call in to schedule your appointment. Appointments can be made in-person, too.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received and all I was doing was getting a safety check. There are so many car shops in the area and this was my first time going to this place. The lady I spoke to was SO RUDE! I got lost/confused on the location (which made me a little late) so when I called to asked for directions she told me "you're not here yet?!". Even after the safety check I asked some questions and she told me "we're a small family owned business so I don't like it when people are late". Very passive aggressive. I was so disappointed, as much as I love supporting local I don't think I'll be returning to do any services on my car.
