Bought a 1TB Xbox One (refurb). After 40 days, it stopped working. Their return policy is the worst I've ever seen and indicates a lack of belief in their own work (7 days). Unfortunately, you don't know this until you check out and see it on your receipt. When I attempted to return the defective product, they told me they could give me 26 dollars of store credit or 13 dollars cash. The cashier told me they aggressively try to get customers to buy warranties knowing how bad their return policy is. They were not aggressive with me at all. In the end, I told him I'd rather throw it in the dumpster than give GameStop a chance to sell a defective console to another poor sucker like me. He offered to throw it away for me. This company should be put out of business if this is how they treat customers.

Walked in wanting to buy a Meta Quest 3. There were no other customers in the store, and I didn't even get a hello. Walked myself out and drive to Best Buy.

Sorry, I didn't give you a super high score because the cost of your merchandise was like TOTALLY HIGH! Ultimately, I expected to pay anywhere from $80-$90, including tax & rounding to the highest dollar. But I ended up paying a bit more than that. However, I added on the membership to my total & with THAT discount, that's how I paid a few dollars over. So, I guess it did work out for the better in the long run. Not only do we get coupons and discounts and sale bargains throughout the year as a member, but we got a few items that one of my sons would really like and wanted for Christmas. So in a way, I worked out for us. So as I said... I didn't go 4 or 5 stars because it is expensive to shop in here but, it's also worth it if your child is a game stop NEEDY. lol! And who said MONEY CANT BUY HAPPINESS, HUH?! I know MY son's GONNA BE hella-happy & ALL SMILES THIS HOLIDAY. Hehehehe... So YEAH... if you have the cash at the time to buy the stuffs you or your kid(s) need, then SURE go and get it! Especially the GS membership! It'll save you money in the long run when you shop at Game Stop a few more times. MORE when you have the coupons at hand. I'll try to be back and add the membership benefits. You probably COULD see it on the site itself, but sometimes, it's much better to hear another PERSON telling you instead of the company, right?! lol! Ok guys MAHALO LAWA PONO & HAUʻOLI LĀNUI

I got a Fri13 nightmare for you! I buy a pre own ps4 the day before because I found out assassin's creed mirage isn't on switch. I come in buy a console with one controller ac mirage, spider man, star wars. Spending close to $400. Come home the down button doesn't work. Call the store before they close. Lawrence you cool but Tiffany is a b!t#h. I come the today. Tiff says she can't confirm the controller is from the same console. I bought it from you yesterday?!? Whatever. I buy a brand new controller because of what she says. She give me a ps5? Wtf? No games that can work. Kids are pissed at me! Day 3 of wasting $500+ for no reason. I bought insurance for one year and still nothing? Fk gamestop.

I’m actually upset because I was sold a bunk copy of a game and there’s no way I can get an exchange or a refund because I don’t have a receipt (which I acknowledge is my fault) but the copy wouldn’t download to the console at all despite trying to troubleshoot it multiple different times. When I got home, I opened the case and the actual disk was extremely dirty and dusty. I cleaned it off a few times and still nothing. I’m just really disappointed.
