What I ordered off the website was supposed to look like the photo in the glass vase
So embarrassing
Also the handwritten large letter scribbled note needed a second page

I came here last minute to get a last minute senior lei bouquet and couldn't be happier to see what she gave me! It was so beautifully done and all the flowers were flawless :) very happy!

I came in because I've been needing a pick me up and thought buying myself flowers would definitely help. I came in knowing I wanted a bouquet of flowers, but couldn't say how exactly I wanted it. Well, Flowers by Carole has definitely outdone themselves. May I just say that these are so beautiful and this bouquet has definitely gave me something to smile and be happy about. I will be back many times for sure for the kindness that they had and for the beauty that they create.

I come to Flowers by Carole to get leis that no one else is able to get. For my sons May Day she was able to get an ilima lei when nobody else had. For my mother's 90th birthday she was able to get us a double carnation lei that I could not get from anywhere else. She has always been a big help and I really appreciate her kindness.

Fantastic customer service, had no problems with a last minute address change for a delivery when I called first thing in the morning and the flowers looked amazing. Will be buying again!

I searched Google since I live on another island. Saw the beautiful flowers and the pricing! Some other florists usually charge way more!, I actually called the number just to make sure I was reaching a local florist and Carole answered. She was so nice and helpful to me. She gave me options I could give her my order on phone or online. I chose online. She advised me to add notes to special instructions. And she also said call and she will make sure everything to right! I asked for morning delivery and my friend received 9:45 or so. The flowers made her day!! Smiling brightly!! Mahalo Carole!!!

Friendly, kind, helpful, and personal attention. My best friend has ordered flowers through Carole on a few occasions now with excellent service. I called once myself for last-minute help on a weekend to find a leí, and although they were out, Carole spent plenty of time on the phone with me giving directions on how to find one elsewhere. I'll definitely be ordering from her the next chance I have. Thank you!

I just wanna say thank you to carole for making this gravesite arrangement for my mamas funeral. I was supposed to get a standing flower spray from telefloral yesterday the 24th. But 10 min before they were supposed to deliver my flowers to my mamas funeral they texted me and say they couldnt deliver it not a day or 2 but 10min. So with that being said i called carol thatbsame day at 4 430p.m. and explained too her wat had happened and she was so nice and understanding and was able to put together an gravsite floral arrangement with such a short notice. Thank u so so much the flowers were so pretty n smelled great. It was even better then i expected. If anyone needs anytime of arrangement i would tell you to go carol. It was perfect and went right onto my mamas casket. Again thank u carol so so much for the arrangement.

Flowers but Carole was my go to florist when I lived in Hawaii and still is now that I'm in the mainland. Customer service - Friendly, helpful, accommodating. Quality - The Best! Carole makes the most beautiful and amazing arrangements. Flowers are always fresh and top quality. She is an artist! I asked for a Thank You arrangement and left it to her. I'm always pleased with what she comes up with. Price - Average. Worth every dollar spent

Ordered flowers from here a long time ago ~ arrangement was just okay, but decided to try them again. So very disappointed with the flowers ordered that were sent to a friend. Didnt seem like they put much effort into the arrangement. Totally not worth it. Could've gotten something better for half the price from Whole Foods. Told them how much I wanted to spend on the arrangement and they charged me the full amount for an arrangement that looked a bit sloppy and cheap. sorry, but will not be going back.
