I often get asked where I get my brows done. I have trusted Face-it, in Aiea, for many years. My brows and eyeliner are from them. Highly recommended! I started with Edine(owner) and now do touchups with Shannon or Olivia. I HIGHLY recommend FaceIt!! I did the permanent eyeliner and the entire process was EXCELLENT! Edine was professional and the eyeliner is exactly what I envisioned. My eyes went from blah to revived eyes.

Shannen is skilled, confident and quick. She listened to my requests and comments and gave me a honest assessment of what needed to be done. The eye lining process was just a bit uncomfortable thanks to her numbing technique. I am 5 days out and just mildly uncomfortable due to the healing process. I will recommend Face It Studio to any who want permanent makeup.

I have been seeing Shannen at FaceIt for several years -- and hopefully for many more! The quality of her work is hands down the best (and when you are deciding on permanent makeup - nothing but the best is acceptable). This is long overdue. Shennen at face it literally changed my life. I have an autoimmune situation that made me lose one of my eyebrows. I had long tried to fix it 20 years ago... it was a blue/grey crooked hideous mess. I was so very self-conscious about it. but I have been scared from so many bad attempts at trying to fix it that I had left it for years I finally. Lately I started hearing about Inc. that neutralize colors. I contacted several places here on Oahu. Most eyebrow artist don't want to repair anybody else's bad work. They agreed to take me even though I had told them how scared I was, and how many times I had tried to go get repairs in the past... Basically letting them know I was going to be a pain in the butt !I'm so glad I made the right decision. Edine took so much time to speak with me on the phone and explain to me all the differences. Shennen is an absolute artist... but this is beyond an artist. This was a Medical procedure. She informed me of everything ahead of time that I would have to go through a phase of having some of the ink removed, and then several touchups. After the first process I was completely at ease. She measured so precisely and then erased it, and did it again to make it more her liking. There was no rush and no irritation that I had a lot to deal with and that I took extra time an extra questions . I felt like I was at an actual doctor, who actually cared about me .This is not your average case since she had to cover one eyebrow that was totally not symmetrical with the other. I have been walking around like this for so long and my disease has also taken away all my eyelashes and this repair... I am not exaggerating, has been life-changing for me. I feel so much more confident now that I have symmetrical, brown eyebrows!! it might sound silly to some, but this is completely changed the look of my face, and I would never trust anybody to touch my brows ever again ! Feel free to ask her to show you my pictures. Giant game changer! I cannot say enough about Shennen and PMC!!

I had an amazing experience with Shannen! It was my first time having microblading done, but Shannen put me at ease and took a lot of time and care making sure I was going to like the results. The procedure itself was easy, and in the end, I liked it even more than what I expected! I'm so glad I finally did it, and truly appreciate Shannen's skills and excellent care!
