I was expecting rude people or something but that wasnt my experience. I came at 815 (wanted to beat the crowd). Done at 0843. They don't open until 0830. The nurse or tech was professional but not overly friendly. Honestly I didn't need her to be. She was just normal mainland friendly. Wham, bam, thank you maam.

As everyone has reviewed before this place isn't very easy to find and parking is not free if you take longer than 1 hour. You walk into a tiny waiting room (approximately 6 or 7 chairs) with multiple signs plastered on all the walls and the check-in window. Cost for a bottle of water. No childcare provided. No children allowed back with you. No using the toilet for other than urine. You must have your ID and paperwork out before knocking on the window. Etc etc. Now you're ready to knock on a frosted sliding glass window to be checked-in. The employee asks for your stuff, tells you to sit down again, and then closes the window. You aren't told how long the wait is or the process. Your name gets called and you go through a door to the other side of the wall, sign some documents, empty your pockets, grab your sample cup and shown into the restroom. Fill it up to the line and not past the line. Don't flush. Don't break the seal on the back of the toilet. Let the employee know your done. Then you get to wash your hands verify the sample is sealed and labeled with your info then you are done and leave. For me I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes.

I came over here for drug testing for pre-employment. I came over here during a morning time and afternoon time and it was not that busy. During the times that I went, it was just two other people waiting so I did not have to wait too long. Appointments are not really necessary so that is pretty good. The process itself does not take too long. All you have to do is show your ID and they will take care of the rest. It is located inside the harbor center area all the way in the back end of the area where you have to pass another guard shack little area at the end. There is also parking in all in that area. The staff and customer service is pretty good. They operate on a 8-4 but they do take lunch breaks in between so just be aware of that. Sometimes they will take holidays off which they will post on the front door. Not sure what else to say about this facility.

I came in to do a drug test for my job and I came at 12. Some worker said they're closed. And told me to "take a picture so I know when to come back" I came back at 130 when they "open" stood in line. Workers look like they hate their job. Very unfriendly. NO CHILDREN Allowed if you have them don't even bother showing up here. Waited half and hour for a urine test.

Came to get a preemployment drug test done. Within 10 minutes of knocking and turning in my form, it was my turn to test. The collector was nice and organized, she explained I would have to empty my pockets and not flush or the test would be invalid. Quick process, semi clean facility. Nothing really more to say about this place. Free parking for the first hour if you have to take that long. Was in and out within 15 minutes.

The people in the front office seem very nice and helpful, but the examiner that came in was horrible. She was 2 hours late, and when I got to the office she was on a fricken personal call and I waited 20 more minutes!! And she takes her supplies for the blood draw(needles, gauze, etc.) out of her messy PURSE! Like seriously? I did not feel comfortable with her drawing my blood considering that I'm pregnant

I came here for my pre-employment process and was delighted to know that there was no appointment necessary. After reading some of the reviews of this facility, I'm surprised this place only got one star. The faculty was super friendly and was able to get me through my testing in less than 10 minutes. I guess some people don't read the documentation from their preemployment process, because you have to ensure that you bring all your documents before proceeding through the urine testing. They have a specific time that they do their testing so just ensure you have proper identification, all your necessary documents and go in during the time they open and the process is quick.

Their service was ridiculously horrible! I had to wait over an hour JUST to do a urine sample! What makes it worst is that you can hear them laughing in the back while we waited. They were not friendly what so ever. They make you feel like a criminal. When I was about to leave I told the lady have a nice day and she said nothing in response. Rude much! I do not recommend this place what so ever!
