Had a test done here 2 weeks ago. Haven't gotten my results. Have called 3 times and left a voicemail on one of the calls, haven't gotten a call back and the call just goes straight to their automated message. Coincidentally I dropped off a sample (same test) to a different DLS and never got a call back with my results so I had hopes this DLS location would be different but I guess not. Disappointed and frustrated with DLS. My doctor also has not received my results.

January 23,2024. Just had bloodwork done at the Diagnostic Laboratory here in Pearlridge. I am happy to say the care was excellent. The lady Lisa, who took care of me, was very efficient. So thankful cause the last time I got bloodwork I got jabbed three times. Very stressful. The lab here is clean. The service was swift, the lady knew her job well and drew blood the first try. I was very relieved. I went late morning when it wasn't busy. I give her 5 stars

We needed to get baby's Bilirubin done so we came here since it's more convenient and I usually come here when there's blood work related. Today, we took our infant child to get this test done, she's 4 days old. Right when they called our #, My partner and I went inside, a younger worker took us in, acted all like she knew what she was doing from the very beginning so I didn't worry, then came to do the work, prepping everything, poking my child's right heel to get blood flowing but poked it not deep enough and/or on the wrong side that blood wasn't even flowing enough, then she used a wrong vial that's when I knew WTF This girl doesn't know what she's doing, so I had to find someone else, and what made it worst was SHE DROPPED EVERYTHING including the vial that had little blood collected from my daughter on it to the ground, she was picking it up like she was gonna use it again. That's when I got pissed off and told her "You better not use that again cause EVERYTHING IS CONTAMINATED". I went ahead and found someone else who could do the job right; a senior that's more experienced and knowledgeable, thanked God, she did all right and was out there in no time. I forgot her name but she's a older Filipina lady, she's amazing. Thank you for saving us another trip, another accident and another crying times for my baby girl. My poor baby got poked twice because the first girl that did the job wasn't doing and doesn't exactly know what she was doing at all. PLEASE RE-TRAIN THAT WORKER OR ANY NEW WORKER'S THAT YOU GUYS HAVE OR RECENTLY HIRED. You can't work in a busy fast paced environment/facility and don't know what the fuck your doing but acting like you do. I'd rather have you asked questions and for help if you don't feel comfortable and not able to do the job right than pretending you know when you don't. That's MALPRACTICE! PLEASE! SERIOUSLY, HELP THAT GIRL GET THE EDUCATION SHE NEEDS TO PERFORM HER JOB DUTIES BECAUSE I'D HATE TO SEE HER POKING SOMEONE AND DOING MALPRACTICE WORK. That's very bad. Not only for her, the facility, the workers and the people that comes in and out of that office to get their blood work and other specimens done. Please be aware with the workers that you guys have and help each other out cause apparently, it seems like the other workers whose more experienced didn't even bother checking to see if she could perform the job right or no. Or If I'm not mistaken, she's a new employee) but still then, shouldn't the other employees/manager or whoever's on duty try to help out and see if the other can't or feels uncomfortable somehow. Nor shouldn't someone shadow them just to make sure because SERIOUSLY, that's RISKY, SCARY AND MALICIOUS. TEAMWORK SHOULD BE ADVISED HERE! From entering the facility, it should've been the experienced one who did the job instead so my newborn didn't had to go through such pain. My baby's just 4 days old. A trainee or a new worker ? Seriously? Common ! Teamwork doesn't seriously matter here somewhat. But let's change that shall we ? So no other people or baby go through the same way as what my daughter did today. But anyways, I really hope that the management or whoever's in charge will see this post and seriously Re-train due to this accident and it might not be only today, could be the next or whatnot. So please! RE-TRAIN HER WELL! **since I couldn't add this long message to her bottom pictures/both heels/foot down below*** Poked twice and in different places due to 1st phlebotomist who poked my 4 days old baby in the right side of the heel, and doesn't know what the fuck she's doing but acted like she did. She should know better and should ask for help instead of doing MALPRACTICE! Nervous or uncomfortable with her job, she should've just had someone else do it, a more experienced one. RE-TRAIN HER ! The second phlebotomist did awesome job poking on

Ever since I moved here to Hawaii, I have always been going to this specific DLS location to get my bloodwork. Every time is always a good experience and I enjoy talking to the phlebotomists. I walked in today and was brought back immediately without having to wait. Today, I had Christine, and she was friendly and kind to talk to. I'll be back the next time around.

Melissa is the BEST! I am so afraid of needles yet she put me at ease and was so very sweet & GREAT when she drew my blood. Lennie first greeted me and she made me feel comfortable when I arrived, so my first impression of the office was already a good one. Also, I could tell that the entire staff supported each other while I was there, which really helps calm the nerves. Highly recommend DLS Pearlridge!

Nobody answered the phone. There Is no sign on the "pull (very heavy-olderly people need a helper)Nobody is a receptionist, have to wait to assist. Before you enter you must pick up your service number, otherwise you'll be not served.overall services itself is fast. If you're the first time in this location, you might confuse a little. My case I rememberd the old location, the next, checked the Google Maps, misguided me???

I went here to do my lab work today. My Cardiologist wanted me to take a blood test before my next appointment. The staff here were helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait long. They took me in right away. As for my veins they had something else in mind. Finally I see blood and good thing only needed to fill two vails. Eventhough of my ordeal today I still like this location. Definitely will return and highly recommend this place.

First time going to this location. Had a hard time finding where it was located. I got to the front desk where someone was assisting a patient that person walked away. I waited 3 minutes finally someone returned I had mentioned my orders from my doctor all she said did you get a number???? Of course I did not. Not to mention while I waited for the 3 minutes 4 more patients arrived. Now I had to go back out and get a number to be serviced. We'll make the sign bigger in front of the door so people like me first timers don't have to wait again.
