Pharmacy didn’t take my call… So I had to go there only to find out that they not only didn’t have my medicine ready…they somehow didn’t receive my prescription from my doctor…I hate wasting my time and I was waiting at the end of a full line as well…

Aimee at the Pearlridge store provided outstanding service to me at the photo dept. She was professional and patient and always willing to see how she could resolve my photo printing issues. Longs Pearlridge is my FAVORITE 1 stop shop for groceries, supplies, gifts, pet items, gift cards, etc. The staff and management are excellent, professional, kind, and go out of their way to help. The coupons from the red machines, from the cashiers after purchases, and the sales and clearance prices are so helpful to save money for quality products. Thank you, Longs Pearlridge. You people are the BEST!

Associate Ariel is the best part of my visit to the CVS Pearlridge store. She is always with a smile on her face and helping anyone she can. She’ll actually will ask you if you need help when other associates just walk past you. She’s the best!!!!!!

There was only one cashier with a line of about 8 people. The line at the self checkout was also long. Management doesn't seem to care about customer service.

Selection is ok. Location within the mall is a bit hard to find. The person managing the self checkout is weird and bossy. She felt the need to tell me how to do each step of the self checkout process. I didn’t ask for help…I know how to use a self checkout.

Long's Drugs at Pearlridge Shopping Center is nearby and always have the best deals when it comes to the variety of vitamins and other sundries that I use. Value is key and I love their sales. The staff is very helpful.

Amazing products and great value for our bucks in these recession days, but it doesn't go to waste at Longs! There you find awesome cashiers and pharmacy is not bad on waiting.
