I cannot overstate my dissatisfaction with Ford. When your car is broken, you should be able to receive timely and reliable service. It should not take months and a waiting list for a repair. I am so disappointed I cannot even get an appointment at Cutter for my vehicle to be fixed.

Disappointing customer service. I ordered standard parts for installation and was told it would take 4 days. After 10 days with no updates, I called several times but got no response. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, I never heard back from my service representative. Eventually, I discovered some parts were on back order and would take weeks to arrive. I understand that delays happen, but effective communication is essential, especially for my business. If they had informed me of the delay, I could have planned accordingly. Fortunately, the management team was understanding, promptly refunded my deposit, and genuinely understood my frustration.
