If you’re trying to interview for this company don’t. The manager was very condescending, she was very rude, they schedule you 5 1/2 hours so they don’t have to give you a break, they also schedule you alone, and they think that people who don’t have YEARS of experience don’t know how to dress. She looked me up and down and kind of sneered… it was the most unprofessional interview I’ve ever been to. Their clothes are all one size and not made for anyone over a size 6 it’s just a horrible place to work for a normal individual.

Katrina was such a great help! I was a little nervous browsing not really sure what to pick out because it was for my girlfriend. But after explaining my girlfreinds style, Katrina pointed me to a very nice dress that I think my girlfriend would like. Awesome work thanks Katrina!

Nice and clean little shop. Came in to look for something nice for a graduation party. Sales associate Katrina was very bubbly and eager to help find exactly what I need. Katrina paired an outfit with some accessories. A very welcoming place.

Shopping around Pearl Ridge mall, I've been on the hunt for a cute summer dress. The sales associate Katrina was super helpful and helped me pick out clothes based on my needs and preferences, and helped me find my size too. She's the best!

Upon realizing there is a 30 day exchange policy, I received a gift which was purchased full price with tags and gift receipt. I called the store one day after the 30 day time frame was up, and with no exception or any type of customer service flat out rudely was told NO. Sad, these type of boutique shops that charge so much and rely on local traffic, cannot make a exception or even see what customer purchased. As they have all purchases on file. To lose a customer that has been loyal and shops frequently is unfortunate for their business. Then they wonder why big box stores or other retail shops take their business. Customer service is key. Losing one customer will now result in a chain of word of mouth dissatisfaction to at least 10 people I know, I will make sure to tell them don't shop there. Take their business to the other small boutique shops that offer customer service. Forgot to mention the manager I spoke to was very rude and just showed no care in the world. Could be cause she is just a manager and not the owner but wow, such a negative feeling and what a way to ruin someone's day. To encounter a rude person. When the day was supposed to be filled with joy and shopping. Luckily another small business boutique will benefit. I will also look into this company and see if it is a locally owned business. I bet it's not. I will follow up on this. Have a rest day Hawai'i. Think before you shop at Cookies Clothing Co. Take your business elsewhere, you can get better deals and customer service. Shop local.

I always pass by Cookies in uptown Pearlridge but never actually go in. I went in today out of curiosity and was immediately helped by Katrina. She was very friendly and helped me throughout the whole process. I had such a great experience and will come here again!

I always come in here and never know what to wear, yesterday I came in here their worker named shanyse helped me decide on the right outfit for my birthday! Her honesty and kindness is what we need more in the clothing industry. Such an upbeat girl and always playing the best music. If you come in here, come see shanyse she'll get your closet right !

order clothing frim here often. but not no more. they charge u for shipping no matter how much u spend. Then it's ALWAYS late. i paid 28 bucks in shipping and over a week later it here. what am i paying so much shipping for? This the 3rd time. not cool!!

Cannot say enough good things about the Wahine working today by herself. She was awesome! She attended to all customers, multitasking and paying great interest to their needs. I was with my daughter and apprehensive about shopping with her since she is too you g for a mask. This employee was so professional and offered hand sanitizer after dousing herself up also. It made me feel safe and respected! We casually spoke about how different things were now that we've went through a quarantine and the effect on our children! Lonnnngggg story short she was so sweet and kind and you just don't come across that type of person everyday! I was grateful. As we were leaving she addressed me by my name (as she seen on my card) and I just thought it was a super classy respectful thing to do. That amongst a bunch of other little things made my experience so great. Please give that Wahine a raise or a promotion! She deserves it. I felt awful for not asking her name but she was working today between 10am-12 :) I hope she knows she made my day

This store seems to specialize in natural fabrics, mostly rayon. The styles are unstructured and aimed towards a smaller figure. Spaghetti straps don't accomodate a bra. Basically the designs are made for pre-teens and stick figures. If you are bigger than a size 6 you will not like the fit. This is a specialty market that's not for everyone.

Cute enough clothes, but most fit funny on me (size 12/14) either too big or too small. I purchased $120 worth of clothing that when I got home I just didn’t like the fit, when I went to return them I was told in store credit/exchange only. Needless to say 2 months later I still haven’t found anything I like to replace my original purchase. I just recommend that you really like the clothes you’re buying as you cannot return them.
