I was very happy with the service I received at the Aiea location. Kawai was very good at managing the patients by herself and 1 trainee. Usually staffed with three phlebotomists, she managed 4 patients: 2 children and 2 adults. She did an excellent job finding my vein and taking my blood.

I went to Clinical labs at Palimomi Cancer Center today for labs. Place was very clean I was welcomed by a lady up front who walked me to clinical labs. I was greeted by Matt who serviced and drew my blood. He was very welcoming asking me how I knew of their new location and I told him it was recommended. Matt was exceptional in is customer service and got me on his first try and I am a very hard stick. I went to.other CLH locations and since had very positive experiences. Keep up the good work this is what makes a customer feel comfortable! Friendliness and caring people! I will definitely go back!
