Despite my automobile being in the shop at Central Body And Paint Inc. for 16 months ( the problem was the distribution of parts from Honda) , these guys and gals were terrific!. Two times a week I either got called or texted as to the progress of the repair of my car. So I knew exactly what was happening week from week. Everybody was delightful and most importantly, my car is back to go and even better as it was before. Mahalo and thank you so much Central Body And Paint Inc., Mike Cordeiro

Left my car 2016 Acura here for about 3 plus weeks. Picked this place since it's one of Geico's locations listed and also convenient being nearby. Paid my deductible of $500 for service to be done. Had my passenger rear door and side damaged. Totaling of damages and labor came to $4000 plus. After picking up my car, I was not happy. I found more issues upon arrival and inspecting the car at home. The rubber that goes along on top of the roof to the windshield was coming off, literally flipping over. And that part they damaged it towards the windshield. The rear bumper wasn't even intact fully. White paint was left on my tire and on my carpet inside the car. The car was left a mess. Inside was all the dirt and dust from the shop. Cockroaches were found inside. So I complained and was furious so therefore they ordered a new rubber part, brought it again to be repaired. The paint and repairs turned out fine but don't return a vehicle to a customer if it's not complete and you damage it more. They had the interior cleaned professionally on my 2nd visit. Which that 3rd party did a good job. But you'd think this place will protect your leather inside and carpets and cover it. I definitely won't be using this place again. Find a different shop to go to. Plus on the way, the main back road has plenty pot holes full of water, which u can't avoid as you about to enter their shop. I'm sure they'll get a sink hole there soon!

Be careful for extortion! Customer service and payment issue. My car was done from the body shop from 2022 through insurance. I got the final bill and I was explained why I owed X amount of money, because USAA gave me the money to give to them. I paid what they asked. Almost a whole year later I get a call saying I owe more money, and all I asked for was documentation why I owed that money, (anyone would want to know why money is owed before they pay) but instead of explaining to me how, Jody goes back and forth with me for an hour before getting to the point of how it's shown I owe. And still didn't bother to try and break down everything to show how I owe that exact amount. I have to go on my own and see how part of it makes no sense. She belittled me, called my commanding officer after the fact that we agreed I would come in to go over the documentation on a specific date and threatened to send me to collections before explaining how money was owed. And every time I asked her specific questions she kept changing her story, how was I supposed to believe I owed X amount if she can't keep her stories straight. I still don't understand how I had to pay that much, and will be taking matters into my own hands to make sure this gets corrected. Be careful with who you deal with, if you need help understanding payment that's needed because it doesn't seem right, request for anyone that's not Jody, she will unreasonably extort you, because all she cares about is the money.Service: Body & Trim

I arrived at my appointment one hour earlier and expected to wait until it was my time to be attended. However, instead of waiting for my said time to arrive, they attended me right away, which was very nice. The mechanic was helpful and gave me all the choices I could take in order to fix my car without costing me an arm and a leg. He looked at my damages and recommended me to take my car to this other shop who specializes in these type of damages, but before sending me away he buffed out some of the damages he could fix himself free of charge, as my damage wasn't too bad. I feel bad that I forgot the mechanic's name as he was really helpful and kind to me. Very professional. Definitely would trust my car with them. Mahalo.

Have brought our vehicles here a few times for minor repairs and paint work. They have never disappointed us with there work our customer service. Very easy to work with and they keep you informed of the status of your vehicle. I will continue to come here in the future for any repairs we might need.

I contacted Central Body & Paint to get an estimate for damage to my car. When I arrived for my appointment, technician Shayne came out to assess the damage and determined that most of it could probably be buffed out. He asked if he could take my car into the shop for about 15 minutes and try to buff it out. When he came back, my car looked great. Best of all, it was complimentary! Thanks Shayne, great job & awesome customer service!

While they were nice enough to get our vehicle in for minor body work for a quick turnaround time; there were definitely some issues along the way. First, we kept getting notifications from our vehicle while it was at Central that the battery was at a critically low point. After about the 4th email, we called Central to find out if maybe a light was left on in our car while work was being done and was told that they would charge our battery free of charge before we picked it up. Unfortunately when we picked the car up, the radio no longer turned on due to the battery drain. While this is minor, the bigger issue at hand is the fact that the body work Central performed was done haphazardly as you'll see pictured. They completely misplaced the letters of our vehicle on the trunk despite the fact that they took TONS of pictures when we dropped our vehicle off. It is evident that the lettering should NOT be placed on the bottom edge of the trunk. When asked to rectify it we were told we'd have to wait for additional parts to place the letters in the correct place. We were turning the car in to the dealership that day so we couldn't waste anymore time getting additional work done on something that was supposed to be done correctly the first time. SO disappointing.

I thought of them since everything went well last year when i had my bumoer repaired after being rear ended. I would inquire with them again for future body work, and a nice bonus is the enterprise rental car pick up on site. I had to call for an estimate and they were able to see me the next day. Big mahalo to Shane for great customer service!

I would not return.Had a claim through GEICO. Booking process was straightforward and the actual panels painted look good (I'm not pro though, just looking at them from a distance), but they scratched the back, bent the metal inside fuel door which is rusting now, forgot to put in some grommets, and had a small water leak. I had Toyota look into the leak and they found missing clips too.They offered to fix the scratch and I'm sure they would probably offer to fix the fuel door but I don't trust them and would rather take it somewhere else.

My husband's truck went in for a tear down appraisal & he said the customer service was unbelievable. He was so impressed with the service & how clean & organized the shop was. Even when Reyn called to verify the appointment she was so helpful! We will definitely use them if needed more so after I read the other reviews on there work!

Parts took two weeks to come in from when I was given an estimate. They called me as soon as the parts came in to schedule an appointment to drop off my car. Enterprise picked me up and gave me a rental car, everything went smoothly. I left my car with them for 2 days and they were able to replace the bumper and tail-light. They even cleaned the outside and inside. Also gave me post-care instructions. Very satisfied.

I reached out to Central Auto Body to inquire about painting my carbon fiber hood & trunk. They let me know they would be able to accommodate, and scheduled to bring my car in the very next day! I am a relatively picky person as the car I have is strictly a show car, however Central listened very carefully to what I requested to be done and assured me it would be no problem. After the car was complete, I was absolutely blown away with the result! Much better than anticipated! They excel in customer service also as I currently am very busy with my work schedule, however Estimator Shayne assured me he would do his best to accommodate and ended up delivering my car to my job! I cannot thank central auto body enough for the amazing experience I had, I highly recommend them for any bodywork and paint you may need.

I don’t know Why is BMW dealership of Honolulu can recommend the Central Body&Paint … my car was staying at them Garage for Two months to get fixed… finally I got a call from them and they said: Sergey your car is fixed and ready for pick up… I came there and I was shocked…the hood cover did not fit snugly, the headlights were not set evenly, there were huge gaps everywhere .., I said that I did not agree with such work and left the car for another day for rework. The next day I came to pick up my car and Yes, they fixed everything and put it right. Arriving home, I found that the touch lock on the driver's door handle does not work. I call them again and arrive at the central body, as it turned out, they forgot to connect this sensor. fixed within an hour. One week later, my car informed me that the windshield washer reservoir was low. I start pouring fluid and it pours out at the bottom of the car. I’m calling again, I’m coming again, they fixed it again ... .. today exactly a week has passed and again my car notifies me that the windshield washer fluid has run out ... I’m trying to understand ... why it ended so quickly ... I fill it up again and the liquid drips down again ... tomorrow I’ll go there again… this is the last straw of my patience and I decided to write a review for them… I will never return to this service again… this is terrible…
