The nice lady on the phone scheduled me the same day, was very polite and very clear about the process if parts had to be ordered. The technician went right to work when I arrived at their shop and was able to fix the issue within 2 hours. The level of professionalism and efficiency was very much appreciated!! “This business is really well organized and knowledgeable!
I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.

“I would like to say these guys are top notch. I have had exhaust work done by these guys by the amazing Nate, it was great. The exhaust work is by far the best in Hawaii. I had my previous custom exhaust done by Rad Motor Sport and it lasted with no issues. I have a new car now, so I wanted a new custom exhaust setup. I was again extremely pleased with my new setup. Nate did my exhaust work again, the look and sound is great. I also got a new tire and wheel package with them. I love how professional and honest they were from the beginning. “We recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Waipahu (Maria & James in particular), following damage done to our car (hit & run) while parked at Costco. Our insurance company suggested Gerber, when their 1st body shop recommendation informed them that they couldn't repair the damaged parts, and that replacement would be needed. From the beginning we felt like we were given realistic estimates for the various aspects of the repair process. When it was found that additional parts would need to be ordered, we were immediately informed of the potential for a significant delay. Fortunately, the Gerber folks found that they had the parts already in their possession, and were able to expedite our repair process. We ended up picking up our car earlier than even the first estimate, which went as smoothly as could be imagined. Everybody was polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. The repair looks great, and our car is once again back home where it should be.”

“This used to be at the Finance Factors Building on Bishop but it is now above the Pacific Honda Dealership at Capitol Plaza. How to get here: Drive up Alakea, pass Beretania, stay in left lane, make first left turn on side street makai of Central Intermediate School (S Kukui). Take the first ramp up on left to the second floor where you will see Honda logo. Enter, turn right and keep going as far as you can. My car is the stereotypical old lady car. It is 7 years old and has under 14,000 miles. We call it the garage decoration.This is my second time using this service. The first time, I had totally abused the car to store, donate, move, and relocate items during a renovation project. The car was filthy with dirt, leaves and scratch marks. This time, I had spilled some very horrible things on the upholstery and I thought the car was slightly dirty and could use a detail. When I picked up the car the first time, I knew my car was filthy so maybe that's why I wasn't so wowed. But when I picked up the car this time, it was so clean and pristine, I didnt realize how filthy it was until I had it detailed. Maybe this is like your not realizing how fat you are, even though the scale and pants size are moving up, untill you see a photo of yourself. They also did a paint correction on my trunk which had all these scratches from an unknown source. Tiki (fabuluous, professional and courteous) explained that the unknown source was probably me. Lesson learned. I am more careful when removing items from the trunk. Highly recommend the service and would definitely use them again.Thanks!”

“I was looking for a place close to home to ceramic tint the front two windows on a new truck, and Island Tint responded right away. Not only were they close, they were also the lowest quote - plus it comes with lifetime warranty. Canʻt beat that! They took my car the next morning, and I was in and out in just under an hour. “I drive an old 1998 Nissan truck and live on the Windward where the air is very salty and causes a lot of rust. The rust grew under the front windshield and touched the edge of the glass which caused a long crack. I made arrangements with Ace to come to my home and remove the glass so I could repair the rust. Then Ace came out a week later and installed the new windshield. Richard is very fast when removing and installing the windshield.Very happy with the service and staff. This was the 5th time I used this company and will continue using them.”

“When I saw that my passenger driver's side window was spintered and spider-webbed by rocks from the yard man's weedwacker, I was shocked. I didn't want to drive anywhere until I got it fixed because I knew it could shatter all over the place. My sister found Jerry's number and although it was late in the evening, I called and left a message. I didn't expect him to call back until the next day, but Jerry called back to let me know he got my message and squeezed me into his schedule the next day. He came over to fix it which was great! He took his time and, although he had to return a couple of days later with another tool to thoroughly remove all the broken glass that fell into other parts of the door, he did a thorough job. I am so grateful to Jerry and his patience!

BTW, he was most reasonable in his cost. Many other's I have since talk with also say he is very reasonable. Thank you, Jerry!”

“Another shop painted the half front of my car a flat silver after a bumper replacement, blending it into fenders/hood/doors. Gerber Collision took it back in to do the job proper and returned it to very close to factory condition. I can’t see any tells that this car was in an accident anymore, when before it was very obvious. First photo is before.”

They told me they’ll be able to fix that day.Waited for 5 mins and told me they’ll do it for FREE. This is unheard of.
