They don't answer the phone. They are currently open for afew more hours and the robot recording for the Aiea store says it is outside of their hours and won't transfer me to a live person. I Just want to know the warranty on the $2,500 Advantium microwave that I purchased from them that only lasted 6 months...

Plenty of Team members. I found it hard to nab a spare one. (Use the QR code to book a member). Most could look up stock situation, but you need specific help with comparing specific. (Do this at home - not here!)
2 floors. Many big ticket items upstairs.

I went to Best Buy Aiea to buy a refrigerator that I had found on their website. I went upstairs and even though Shaun was busy, he acknowledged my presence and let me know he would help me as soon as he could. It was less than a minute and Shaun started to help me find the refrigerator I wanted which was not easy to find because it was an open box refrigerator that was located downstairs. Shaun went out of his way to help find us the refrigerator and make sure we had warranty coverage. Employees like Shaun are valuable and very hard to find these days.
Unlike Lowes and Home Depot that advertise refrigerators that they don't carry on sale and don't even answer their phones. We were in Pearl City Home Depot when a tall dark employee walked by us twice like we were invisible. He was walking around doing nothing, trying to avoid us. Then yesterday while I was at Lowes, they did not have the refrigerator on display. I checked their website and it claims they had 16 in the store. Called and no one answered until 16 minutes later. It was customer service and what does the idiot do? Transfer me to the same phone number that no one answers. Then after 20 minutes, someone picks up the phone just to hang it up. I heard the person talking in the background.
Best Buy will be my only go to store. I recently bought a thousand dollar gaming computer too.
Employees like Shaun make Best Buy successful. I hope management gives employees like Shaun a well deserved raise in pay. Thank you Shaun!!

I love being a Total Best Buy Member. Any issues with a product you purchase you just contact them and they help. It's amazing. Speaking about Amazing Ms. Trisha is she always helps with a smile ?. She always knows how to go above and beyond.

They helped me get rid of my old battery from my laptop. You got old laptop. Call Best Buy, to help you with old laptop battery. Battery can not be thrown in the trash.

When I called they said they had 1 charger left and I tried to purchase over the phone but could not make the system work.when I got to the store in Pearl City, I was told the had many of the type charger I needed. The staff at the store were polite, professional and personable. Just do not pay for anything over the phone!!!
