I only buy when there is a buy 3, get 3 free sales event. This is a good deal for me to give as gifts to friends and family who love this product. When it comes to the staff service they were very friendly and helpful. The downside, however, is that one of the products I was looking for is out of stock; they should not have run out when they were having this buy 3 get 3 free event.

The customer service here is really good, they’re there for you but also not too pushy. I went in this weekend to shop for candle day, and despite the event everyone was super cheery and helpful, especially Sarah.

I love coming in this store. I usually get the soaps or lotions. The hand sanitizers are nice too. You need to shop when there's a sale. I refuse to buy regular priced items here. Just too expensive. The candles were nice size and some smelled really nice. My daughter and her friend kept smelling everything. I had to apologize to the lady inside because my daughter's friend was a little out of control. Lol The store had more associates on the floor and we're very nice. Inside was clean and organized. One employee was putting out more stuff. Cool to see. I will definitely come back when there's a big sale.

Gone are the days when it was B&BW filled my luggage more than anything... Always keeping things new and fresh I now keep my obsession at a minimal as every season it's something new weather it's the scent, packaging or my serious problem the hand sanitizer holders...omg! Though lately they haven't really been too exciting for me "thank goodness" but the holidays are approaching and Halloween has me spooked with excitement!! They probably have about six new Halloween holders and yes I picked up three one for my bestie but the fun this place makes your personal space while keeping things fresh. The staff here is so helpful and not only we have stores here practically in every major mall, their app makes savings so easy so you don't have to carry your coupons and with the current which usually have one freebie and with every dollar you spend will accumulate to earn you a reward...and it's good! Download the app it's definitely saves you money and keeps you update on sales and your coupons and here they will help you with any question the staff here is so friendly. The store is just the fraction compared to Ala Moana but seem to have more selection that doesn't get snatched up fast. Thank you!
