The lines are too long. There’s at least 6 podiums but only 2 are open for business. WHY???? Yet BOH sees the lines but ignores their customers.

Never want to visit this location. I was waiting more than 40 min and they told me that international wire cut off time is passed. Even though I was there waiting before cut off time. How they are going to pay me if dollar rate change. They made me angry!
