“Trust the rating, it's well deserved. The amount of care and integrity that went in to Derek's and his daughters service are absolutely unmatched. He explained every single thing in detail about what parts he replaced called me for my preferences, detailed the hours. My truck had MULTIPLE issues after the wheel bearing gor FRIED and I knew it. It wasn't something I had the expertise or patience for and I definitely trusted the right one with the task. Replaced both wheel bearings, calipers, and rotors and didn't charge me for the labor of the rotors or calipers. You can tell he takes alot of pride in the shop and the genuine care you get from him I assure you is unmatched on the island. I'm definitely returning with some baked goods and a sincere thank you. ❤️”

“Normally I expect there to be a long line and for an oil change to take much longer. I think it was slow because I went in on a busy holiday shopping weekend when most people probably aren’t getting oil changes as much. I think it took under 15 minutes for them to finish my oil change. It was like a pit crew came out during a race! They offered great customer service and a very quick turnaround time for completing my oil change. I give them an A+”

“Had an issue with my driver's side window suddenly not working while taking care of some morning items. The nice lady on the phone scheduled me the same day, was very polite and very clear about the process if parts had to be ordered. The technician went right to work when I arrived at their shop and was able to fix the issue within 2 hours. The level of professionalism and efficiency was very much appreciated!! Would recommend this business to anyone that needs their window or glass issue resolved correctly.”
“First, I got my seat cover from Walmart. Of course it was a lot cheaper than customized one but the problem is the quality is so bad and it does not perfectly fit. I decided to do the seat covers here again and now I think I should have come to this place from the beginning.
If you have relatively expensive car or you care for your car, you might as well doing the covers here.”

“I went to Aloha Toppers as directed by the manufacturer of DECKED because the company doesn't ship to your residence. I went down to the local dealership made an inquiry and decided to pull the trigger for the purchase. I did wait for about a week to be shipped from CA; I got the call from Aloha Toppers and scheduled an installation date.
I left my truck at the appointed date / time returning before 4:30 PM. The finished installation was better than expected.

“So grateful for Quick Lube and Tech!! They got my car in same-day and had my car diagnosed, parts ordered, and repaired within 3.5 hours. I had issues with my engine overheating, and after asking some questions and taking a look, they knew very quickly from the evidence of rust that my reservoir was dumping water into the system. Once they were able to flush it and remove the part, they were able to see that the broken piece was getting stuck in the open position, meaning their quick diagnosis was on the money. Very happy to have found them and for charging me a very reasonable price! They will be my go to from now on, and who I recommend to others.”

“This was my second time getting a repair from DADS autobody, and both times they did an amazing job. They perfectly matched my paint, and did it in a very timely manner. They notified me when my parts came in, and were spot on with the repair estimate time. My car looks better than it did before the accident! Jolyn and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and informative. I’ll definitely be back if (but hopefully not) I’m in need of body repairs again. Not the best photos since it’s been rainy, but you can see how good it looks!”

“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck.
