Was looking for a shelving unit for the kitchen and it had to be a specific height, width, and depth. Found exactly what I wanted at HomeWorld. The piece was also on special. Sales rep Summer was very patient in showing and explaining the various products (extended warranty, delivery options, hauling away options, as well as various recliners, etc.), even though at the time she didn't know if she would make a sale or not. I was looking for a lift recliner which I ultimately ended up purchasing that day. The prices are on the high side though.

Janet was so helpful with us as soon as we walked in, she let us meander around the store which is just what I wanted to do and at no point did I feel pressured into a purchase. She always made sure to check in with us even while having to navigate and assist other customers in the store. When we finally settled on a set we liked, she was there to help us through selection of pieces and even financing and was honest about when we could expect our new furniture to arrive. She was so patient through all the questions we had for her. I appreciate Janets great customer service and would absolutely visit again for future furniture and home good needs!

Matt Pangelinan was very helpful. He also assisted with moving a coffee table with a coworker next to the chair that my wife wanted to purchase. He went out of his way to ensure that we were able to still shop around while he was getting the paperwork together so we can purchase the items we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and he listened very well to what we were looking for. Thank you Matt for your help today.
