Never coming back to this store again because. THEY SCAMMED ME. This store isn't even fucking magical. They don't even welcome you when you come in the store. Animation magic?More like animation debacle! (Long story incoming!) On December i went to animation magic and bought a sanji funko pop for $17. When i took a look after buying it, it was fake. I tried to return it but they said no refunds, but gave me store merchandise credit over $17 and took my funko pop. Few months go by and i found my store credit, it was ripped in an unsafe place. I could kinda see the words and a few pieces ripped so i tapped it together and back went to animation magic and try to buy a $16 hat. When i pulled out my store credit to the old lady at the checkout section, she told me "what is this??" and i said "the store credit" and i explained what happened to the store credit. They bring another worker and i explained what happened to that credit paper. They said i cant use the card looking like that and told me to throw it away or something. I said "ok"disappointed, and walked away. YOU CAN STILL SEE THE WORDS AND ITS NOT EVEN EXPIRED YET. MAN COULDVE CHEERED ME UP BY GIVING ME A LOLLIPOP OR SOMETHING. I felt unwelcome in there. PLUS THE STUFF WAS OVERPRICED. AND NOT TO MENTION THAT EVERYTHING IN THERE IS LITERALLY A BOOTLEG. THEY SCAMMED ME. So yap thats why i am never coming back to this store ever again.

Worst customer service ever! Do not purchase from this store. Kerri Nakanishi Gray (short chubby asian lady in her 50's), who stated she was the owner of the store, is the most horrible foul person to be in the customer service industry. I was shopping in the store with my child and was horrified when I overheard her call a customer CUNT as the customer was walking away from the register (when confronted by the customer, she said she called her a cunt because the customer supposedly snatched the receipt from her). Witnessing the whole experience was horrifying. And to be called a cunt for supposedly snatching a receipt? That is insane. What kind of person uses a word like cunt and says it out loud to a customer in a kids toy store? Kerri Nakanishi Gray, that's who! The owner of the store! No apology was given by Kerri for her foul and offensive language, even when the customer told her that if she did snatch the receipt, she did not mean to. When confronted by the customer on why she felt it was appropriate to use the word cunt, Kerri just kept repeating, "why did you snatch the receipt", "why did you snatch the receipt". Kerri would not hear or listen to anything the customer was saying. The customer could not get through to Kerri and she ended up leaving. I give that customer so much respect for not kicking Kerri's a**, and for not using the same foul and offensive language back. Takes a real woman to be able to walk away from a situation like that after being called something so nasty. Kerri owns a kids toy store and speaks like that to her customers while there are kids in the store shopping. Now my young child is asking me what the word cunt means. How do you explain a word like that to a young child? I am so horrified that I had to leave a review. Do not bring your children to this store unless you want them to learn nasty words. Take your business elsewhere! I definitely will.

The cashier was sooo rude. We stood at the counter waiting for her to look up so we could get help with something in a case but she just ignored us (but thank you to the other lady who helped us) Then when about to check out she finally asks if we needed help and when I said no she says "just to let you guys know we close at SIX" with an attitude. It was 5:57, and I get it u like go home but we about to check out? No need to talk like that especially to kids. I hope she can find a new job cuz maybe u not fit to be dealing with kids and families while having this attitude.

They have cool stuff BUT you could easily find the same things for way cheaper elsewhere. They also have a no refund policy, they only give you store credit which expires after a year despite giving them real money for the item so be careful what you get from here.

I walked by Animation Magic and I was pulled back into the store by the colorful sign and Pokémon and Unicorn greeters at the entrance. As I entered the magical store, I was enveloped in an array of squishy animals, anime, and more! This is definitely a fun store. I continued into the store and I was asked by employees if I needed anything. Happy and courteous people work here. The store was crowded. It's crowded because being in here brings a smile on your face. A perfect store to buy a birthday gift, a get well gift, a Valentine's Day gift and so much more! I focused on some anime banks here. So adorable and I like banks. I believed the price was reasonable. The only reason I held back from picking one up is that it was made of plastic. I'm old school and I like ceramic banks. This was a magical adventure for me today. I walked out with a smile and happy heart. Thanks Animation Magic.

A lot of the products here are sold at other stores (Ross, Target...) for much cheaper prices. I recommend you be diligent and do some research before making any purchases. (Tip: you may find the same item on various online shopping platforms.) You should also give the product a good look over for any punctures or holes. Be aware that some of the products are NOT licensed. Although this is a small store, there's a nice selection of goodies (Lilo & Stitch, Gudetama, TMNT, anime...) For the most part, I've had pleasant interactions with the staff. Well, except for 1 occasion where a female had a very stink attitude. It's worth checking this place out. Just be smart.

My grandson saw a Mario Fast Push game that he wanted so I bought it for him, no problem until we came home! Knowing it would need batteries my grandson asked if I had AAA batteries which I did. He pops it in and tells me it doesn't work! He shows me the game and sure enough, on the game where you place the batteries it LITERALLY shows AAA BUT it actually takes AA, SMFH! BTW even though the product shows AAA, the box does have AA. Aside from being busy, the Staff was trying to help customers as best as they could!

The store is really cluttered and disorganized and many items seem to be knock off or bootlegs being sold for retail price or marked up higher than they should be. A lot of the plush items are a little "off" looking or the wrong colors. It honestly has a vibe of items you'd find at the swap meet but trying to be sold for a higher price which I don't appreciate. :/

My grandson loves this place... Walked in last night absolutely NO hello NO aloha NO go to hell nothing at all. Woman at the counter was too busy with her laptop. She had no care in the world what so ever. Not even to ask if I needed help or anything. You'd think the way business is today we'd at least make some effort. I got NONE whatsoever. I hope you all change your attitudes so at least make my visit in the future much more comfortable.

My boyfriend and i LOVED shopping here. But this time, i went alone and all the workers were rude towards me and the questions that i’ve asked weren’t even d*** questions. 1 of the workers there rolled their eyes at me and overall was bad customer service everywhere. never shopping here again.

Animation Magic will be your one-stop shop for everything kids. They have a good selection of toys, bags, stuffed animals, collectibles for boys and girls of varying ages. They have all of the hot and trending toys - the owner really keeps up with what's popular amongst the kids. Whenever I'm in need of a gift for the kids (birthdays, Christmas, end of school, end of sports season), I know I will find something cool at Animation Magic.

Employees are so rude. You walk in and they just give you dirty glares. The carpet is FILTHY! Try vacuuming once in a while. Trash alllll over the entire floor. I will never buy anything here.
